I purchased my ring 1/12/2025 for my birthday gift. It needed to be resized. I sent the ring back for an exchange not being informed that your company would be in Europe for training. It took almost 2 months to get the order. It went from being a birthday gift, missing a Valentine’s Day gift to just arriving in March. Customer service was NON existent. Finally found someone who helped. Product is beautiful, but I’d be hesitant to buy from your company again.

No customer service

As others have commented, poor customer service. I ordered a necklace online and when it arrived the interlocking circles were so tiny I could barely see them on my neck. Not really what I had in mind so I emailed to inquire about returning. The return policy states if you're not satisfied they will fully refund you. Took weeks to get a response cuz supposedly they're away for training? When they finally replied with their policy with it area highlighted that they deduct a $20 restocking fee as well as the original Shipping cost. I'm assuming I would also pay for the return shipping. Very much a joke would never shop from that site again.

The ring is from China

The ring is from China, if you buy Gold ring to be cheap silver , the quality is terrible , you can look the reviews from Reddit and Better business Bureau, I made the complaint the company never answered, The rings are made in China but they pretend to have "headquarters" in NY. It's just a post office address that they have in NY. Stay away if you want quality, customer service and good shipping time-frame.

The rings are beautiful!

The rings are beautiful and the stones sparkle. The only thing I did not like was the weight of the rings they are very light, hoping the metal will last and not bend over time. These are affordable and give you the appearance of an expensive diamond without the price, but I am not sure if they are going to forever rings.
