I asked for a refund immediately after the purchase. I was told it would sent to the appropriate team who a week later still had not n issued me a refund but didn't mind saying my purchase had shipped. Never shopping here again. And anyone that reads this know that I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE SHOPPING HERE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
UPDATE: I RECEIVED THE CLOTHES AND THIS WAS THE CHEAPEST MADE CLOTHES I HAD EVER SEEN. NOT SEWN CORRECTLY NOR SIZED RIGHT. IT WAS HIDIOUS! I THREW EVERYTHING AWAY TO KEEP FROM DEALING WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS SHIPPING TO OR IN THE UNITED STATES

Dress I bought for my daughters wedding was not the dress I received. Tried to return it. Paid $23 to ship back for a refund of $59.99. Received a RMA number from MSDressly that I used to return November 11th. I have not received my refund but I know they received the dress back because I paid for tracking. THIS IS A SCAM!

The problem with this company is the returns. Items reflect Chinese sizing and if you need to return....forget it. I have been trying for a month to return a too small jacket. They keep saying someone will send instructions and then they ghost you. I'm sure they are waiting for the 45 days to expire on returns so they keep my money. DON'T SHOP MSDRESSLY!!!!!

Never got item or refund for item ordered Nov 4

Trying for two months to return items that were too small (sizes are based on Chinese size charts). "Customer Service", if you want to call it that, is a nightmare!!! I sent items back at my expense. Even with the items returned to them, Msdressy is still telling me they have no record of my order even though I sent screenshots of the order and return. I also sent pictures of the items with msdressy bar codes on them. Once I sent the items back to them, the company no longer responds to me. Obviously, no refund was issued!!!

I still have not received the order. It says it delivered to Lodi post office but it has not shown up at my delivery
address. I would like my package. Please

First, this company needs to be honest. I've been contacting them since October. They keep lying saying someone will contact me about my return. Now theyve stopped responding. I say buyer beware don't buy from them.

Horrible customer service. I've been trying to return a jumper for 3 weeks now. No one will email me back and both phone numbers are non-working. What a scam.

I ordered two items from this company and the blouse that was shipped was the wrong item and the jumpsuit I ordered never shipped. I asked about canceling the refund for the jumpsuit and getting a refund but never got a response back. They supposedly gave me a credit for the wrong blouse, and I never received that either.

My first order (23220046) never came. I got an email on 10/18/24 saying the sweater should have been here by now and asked how it was. I replied that I didn't get it and please help. It's 10/24 and still no package or an answer to my email. HELP!!!!!

even though message states it was delivered i have not received item and cannot get an answer from customer service what is going on expect to use the tracker - the tracking is a joke
