Very speedy response to my frantic email query. Equally speedy replies to subsequent messages, AND concise, sensible, relevant questions where needed and advice given in consequence. Result was a successful conclusion to my problem, making me very happy. Friendly and conversational messages helped a lot and were much appreciated.

A slight glitch with product installation due to a specific requirement at our end and they responded quickly and very effectively, super service.

I had some difficulty loading some software on to a Windows 10 PC which had a history of various programs over the years. I tried various things but just became frustrated by my lack of knowledge.
I sent an email in the hope that I could get some advice on the best way to get the software loaded. I was very surprised to get a reply the next day, mainly because it was a bank holiday!
After answering some questions, a solution was suggested. A date and time were agreed and the solution was applied, we were in contact throughout the process. The solution was great and the software was loaded.
Their communication has been great, understanding that not all customers are PC savvy and need some hand holding.
This is a company that I would use again.

I encountered many problems in downloading and installing Office software. However, the MSSoftware support staff, particulary James, and also Josh , were on hand to help. They were able to work out what the problem was and guide me to solve each issue.

I am not very good at the technical aspect of computing.I there always have problems when I am trying to do something new. I was experiencing problems until I emailed Steve. He was so calming that I was able to complete the download without any further hitches. Thank You Steve

Had a minor problem activating office software, but team were very helpful at guiding me through process, now works no problems.

Key was sent straight away. I had a few problems as I'm not tech savy. But MSSoftware helped me and answered my emails straight away. The price was reasonable as well.

Bought two Office 2024. One installation went flawlessly. Other hit problems, my computer fault NOT MSSoftware. Tech team stuck with me all the way to sorting it. A delight to deal with, I'll be back.

OInstalled MS Office 2024 LTSC. Within a 8 weeks I was required to provide a new Product Key. Requested that from MSSoftware sales but received no answer. Update: After further attempts to contact MSSoftware, I received a new Product Key which worked. I've therefore amended my review accordingly.

What was refreshing about your customer service was the speed and accuracy of response, not once but twice.

Helpful staff jumped onto my issue when installing MS 2021 and Outlook crashing, which turned out to be a plugin issue.

Bought MS Office 2024, code arrived swiftly. Had a problem installing the software, emailed MS Software and got a reply back that day which solved the problem. The code I was sent with my purchace worked perfectly and I was sent a link to download the software. The problem I had was with my laptop and not to do with the software. Great company to deal with, will use again.
