Do not trust this company. They are nothing but liars and will take money and not show up for their job. They will spin you lie after lie about vehicles being in a workshop and not being suitable to do the job. The reality is that the business is just not capable period.

We had a very disappointing experience with Mudanzer during our move from Barcelona to Madrid. Despite paying extra for a pre-move assessment to ensure they had the right truck and crew, they showed up with a truck that was too small, leaving behind our dining room table and bookshelf. They also neglected to take a crucial piece of our bed, which our neighbor confirmed was left behind, and they caused damage to our barbecue and scratched our wood furniture. The moving crew arrived with an incomplete toolset and had to borrow ours. Despite purchasing 100 meters of bubble wrap and providing blankets for protection, they used very little of it, leading to further damage. When we tried to complain, we were ignored and received no compensation. Very unprofessional service.

Hice una mudanza de Pineda de Mar a Vilassar de una silla de oficina y me vinieron 1 camion como de chatarrero con dos hombres que no daban mucha seguridad, al llegar al destino descargaron las vosas rapidas y se fueron. Cuando comprobe el estado de la silla estaba toda rajada por las cuerdas de no haber tenido ni el mas minimo cuidado. Reclamo y se hacen los locos exagerao, jamas volvere a contratar un servicio de estos estafadores.

Es un servicio de mudanzas, muy bueno y aceptable

Had a confirmed date and time for the move. Confirmed date and time the day before again.

On the day, nobody shows up. Nobody calls either to advise.

Later, I eventually get hold of them, and the answer is "there's no driver to do the job. We'll let you know when it's confirmed" kind of thing. They intimate should be an hour or so.

That time flies past, and no updates. Again I call, and similar response. Vague impressions of when the job will actually happen. After 5 or 6 hours I had to give up.

Extremely inconvenient, ruined our move, didn't communicate about the problems... very stressful. Don't trust them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!

We were waiting for them to arrive and when they didn't show up, I rang them only to find out they had booked to come at completely the wrong time. Everything had been arranged through phone call and confirmed through WhatsApp message and by a confirmation text from them to me.

We couldn't wait the 2 hours they asked us to, so we got a taxi instead. I'd already paid a deposit of half the price, as they seemed like a legitimate company, and I asked them to return this which they said they would.

1 week passed, I still hadn't received the payment, so rang and they told me it would be paid the following Friday. When I didn't receive payment then, I rang again, and they pretended not to understand or know what was going on. They then continued to ignore my phone calls and WhatsApps, and I still have not been paid back.

I deeply regret using this company as I really dislike time wasters and scammers. I had the number of a cheaper guy that was willing to do it for half the price, but this company seemed good from their website, so I placed my trust in them instead. Big mistake.

Do not use them I implore you!

Llevo más de dos meses esperando que me reembolsen por un servicio que no se hizo y pagué por adelantado. Cada vez que los he contactado, me dicen que pasarán reporte para el pago de la devolución, pero llevo más de dos meses en que me van diciendo lo mismo, y no me han devuelto mi dinero. Realmente creo que esperan que en algún momento dejes de insistir y quedarse con tu dinero. El servicio al cliente no resuelve nada.
