I unfortunately had a reason to complain about one of the products I had recieved namely the Strawberry Moss which when I opened the jar there were white spots over the top of the moss.
I raised it as an issue and without question and in just a few days a new jar was sent to me.

The parcel arrived quickly and was well packaged. The sea moss was fantastic.

The sea moss fruit punch tastes beautiful. No other drink out there like that at the moment especially for summer. The seamoss is beautifully mixed inside and i can only taste great flavours. I have struggled to get the right balance from previous vendors but not this one.

Wow…WoW and WoW … my wife bought me Mums Moss with ginger and turmeric because she said it will help me to clear my respiratory system ( I didn’t really believe at the start) I was an “Oxymethazoline” nasal spray addict for 2-3 years ( I had 3 times covid and this messed up my nose totally) . After two and half week of using a tablespoon of moss in the morning and one in the evening I got back my breathing and I was able to put down the nasal spray … guys if covid messed you up I really recommend this because it’s a miracle… The human body is composed of 102 minerals and nutrients. Sea Moss contains 92 of these minerals.God bless you Mum I will continue taking it till I die …

My whole family loves mumsmoss. I have been using mummsmoss during my very high risk pregnancy when nothing else helped. I started giving it to my then 1 year old, my husband and my 14 year old daughter who all suffers from sensitive skin. The results were almost instant combined with its brilliant taste and the fact that Mumsmoss has the best customer service.
