Elhama and her staff are the best! They make you feel welcome from the second you walk in to their studio. She makes sure you are informed and works to make your vision to come to life while making sure your brows match your face, as everyone’s is different. I have always been self conscious about my brows, but was also extremely nervous to have anyone touch them as I have seen really bad microblading, so naturally after hearing a handful of the top estheticians in London say, “Go to Elhama” I knew she was who I wanted to do mine. They are perfect and I am looking forward to see you again.

I don't understand how people even fall into this kind of scam. Since review sites like NewsOnlineIncome already warn about it on May 30, 2023. However, here, I can see comments from people getting scammed even at December 2023. That's why you should always do research before you buy.

Not only did it take 3 weeks for my dress to arrive after paying for express post,
The communication was so slow,
They only do store credit which is fine now ever they send it in a re usable Bag but doesn’t allow you to pay for postage back online so either way you need to buy a post bag, complete waste, I wouldn’t shop here again the service isn’t up to the standards that other online small stores are

I ordered my items on Wednesday and received them in good order on Sunday in Singapore. Good quality for price and on a rare occasion one of the items I ordered was damaged before shipping. Mura informed me immediately and offered a full refund and option of a 20% top up credit note. This is great customer service. Only suggestion I have is to stock more size 6 as that is the 1st to sell out! Thanks for the pleasant experience. You ship way faster than other Australian online boutiques. 👍🏻

Purchased a 'final sale' dress however the fit and sizing was completely off. Misleading description on the website about the fit and they refused any return. Won't be shopping here again. Waste of money.

Clothes are a terrible fit, poor quality fabric, and generally poorly made for the price. Dresses were small in the hips and large in the waist - I can’t imagine would be flattering on anyone. Waste of money 😕

Not only was the delivery quick but the customer service is next to none!
I purchased a dress at short notice (my fault) for my maternity shoot and received it within 2 business days, although it was too small due to my belly!
Mura only do credit notes not a refund, so I began panicking as I wouldn’t of had time to return the dress and receive another. I sent an email and spoke to a real person (Charlotte) who told me if I could send her photos of the dress with the tag attached and no damage, along with the tracking number she would send my voucher immediately through email.
Within half an hrs of sending her the details, I had my voucher and had purchased my new dress and it was processed and shipped that day to ensure it would get to me on time!
IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND IS PERFECT!

No postage problems I received the clothes quick. But the quality for the price is TERRIBLE. Its like buying a dress of a market stale for 5x the price ! I wouldn't recommend. The products are definitely made in China. I thought Mura was a brand but it isnt it just distributes crap quality clothes of different Chinese brands .

The Quality of manufacture is extremely poor.. the quality of fabric is extremely poor..
The photos look good but as usual you get what you pay for.. a dress under $80 is going to always be a bit of rubbish..
Expect poor sewing and poor quality fabric..ladies do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere.. btw I will be taking the inside pocket apart to use the fabric to make another frill for bodice.. lucky me !!!!

My clothes were wonderful, they all fit so well and were standard sizing (one didn’t fit my chest area but only cause i have a larger chest). The packing time and shipping was extremely fast even over the busy Christmas time. It’s my second order from them and was so pleased, I will definitely be a return customer :)

Fantastic customer service. Shipment arrived in 2 days to NZ. Two items from my shipment I returned as they did not fit well, and the customer service team were so helpful in tracking and updating my return.

After receiving a dress from Mura that I wasn't happy with, the return process was extremely easy and the customer service was very helpful. I received a gift card for the value of my purchase and the shipping, and when I used it to make my next order, everything was perfect! Everything was really nice quality and fit perfectly. Very happy!

I Love Mura Boutique the clothes are absolutely beautiful. The Mura team are amazing very quick replying to any queries or questions. The delivery process is the quickest I have encountered once order is processed I received my order 2 days later

I only started online clothes shopping this year (trying to avoid stores due to covid) and have been so happy with the clothes I’ve purchased from Mura. They have such a good variety (I much prefer them to what I come across in the sydney clothes stores and department stores) and their customer service has been so helpful with my various inquiries. They seem to sell out quickly of a lot of the items I’ve loved but they allow you to be put on an email list for when the size you’re after is back in stock. I’ve missed out on a top I loved from there (I got the email alert but unfortunately it was sold out within 24 hours!) so I wouldn’t hesitate too long if there’s an item you love. They offer free shipping when you spend over $75 so I try to get a few items at once to take advantage of that. Their delivery is so quick as well. Highly recommend

Every item fits perfect, amazing quality and shape.

I purchased a $100 dress but it did not arrive before going overseas. It was delivered to my partner while I was overseas.
When I come home and open the parcel, the dress has a stain on it. I return the dress and later told it exceeded the 30 day return and they will send it back to me. You can clearly tell I have not even tried the dress on and therefore the good was damaged by them. I will not buy from here again and would not recommend this retailer.
