After connecting the 6.35mm 1/4 male to 3.5mm 1/8 female stereo headphone adapter I was expecting the speaker to go muted and sound to come out from the headphone only but that is not the case. Sound is coming out from both sources all the time.
The sustain note is not recorded. Notes are cut short (sixteenth) in the recordings.

The shipping process was right on. It was delivered as indicated with the tracking. Arrived with no damage and all everything was included as promised me

Excellent product and price. A little hard for a question asked. Overall, I would purchase from them again.

The Piano was shipped to me fast and so far no issues.

We were looking for a digital piano for a few weeks and once we saw the Mustar in a Facebook ad our search was over. What caught our eye was it had all the features we wanted for a great price. Other more well known brand were frustrating to land on a model that matched our needs for a price in our budget. Mustar ordering and delivery was great. Two thumbs up.

Quality piano. At great price. Keys feel just like upright or grand. Very nice sound.

The price. The keyboard has great sound, it’s constructed well. Arrived when stated, without any damage, more can you asked for. You have a permanent customer. Thank you

The piano keyboard came in on time and in a great condition.

Received the keyboard, unpackaged it and got the stand set up to play the keyboard. Turned it on and only half of the keys work. I am so disappointed! Will be returning.

I purchased this digital piano for my granddaughter who is learning the piano. I was happily surprised when the piano came days earlier than expected. I was not expecting much quality for $200.00 but it seems to be well built and works as described. The overall purchase experience was very good.

Product arrived on time and was well packaged. The keyboard is exactly as advertised and, in my opinion, a very good value.

I am so pleased with my purchase of this beautiful practice piano. The weighted/hammered keys give it a "real" piano feel and the sustain pedal tops it off. This full 88 key piano surpassed my expectations and I will be using it for a long time to come. The different tones and rhythms are just fun to play with too. The company packaged it and shipped it out quickly and I was playing it within a week. The price was right too.
I love it!

Delivery and product excellent

I have a 1100 and a 1400. Of course, I prefer the 1400

Keyboard stand was broken, please refund

Very helpful for beginners

I received my order in just three days! It was well packaged, and when I opened it and checked all the parts, everything was there. It didn't take long to assemble and I was playing in a very short time. The sound is very good, and I am enjoying having a piano again. By the way, I am 80 years old, soon to be 81. I have had a piano most of my life, but the family piano I had needed so much repair, it was less expensive to buy your keyboard. I had considered another brand, but it was more expensive than yours. Thank you for the discount and free shipping!

Fast shipping and the product was fun to set up and use. Thank you!!
