My experience was virtually the same as the rest of the reviewers.....
Took nearly 3 months to get to me..{their website say's 12-15 days}
Product delivered is not the quality advertised.
Different materials and workmanship.
High quality product and crsftmanship shown in ad....cheapest possible product that could be made is what was delivered.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting well over a month and am told the order is being "processed" . I only receive the canned bs email responses. I have requested to cancel the order 5 times. This is absolutely a fraudulent company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THE PRODUCT THAT YOU RECEIVE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY DESCRIBE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, THEY SAY THE HEADQUARTERS ARE IN THE USA BUT THE PRODUCT COMES FROM CHINA AND IS EXPENSIVE TO RETURN WHEN YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ORDERED! 😡

Terrible!!! The hoodies I received are NOTHING like what is advertised! Total scam! Their website says you can return within 30 days if not satisfied but then they tell you to ship to China and pay yourself which would cost more than the product!! Don't fall for their scam like I did!

I would give 0 stars but required one just to leave a review. Ordered my heated jacket with battery pack and showed it would arrive within 10-14 business days. Took over month to get and then to find the battery pack missing. After a few emails back and forth regarding this they refused to send me the missing battery pack but offered a 20% refund of the original purchase which I agreed to. Now after a month from this date of agreement for the refund and now 4 more emails asking where the refund is at, I keep getting a can comment email from this company stating they will forward to their accounting department. As of today almost 3 months later I have a heated jacket that doesn't work because they refuse to send the missing battery pack that they did not send. To ever orders from this company, BE AWARE!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY THAT WILL NOT SCREW YOU OVER.

I placed my order a month ago and still have not received the product. I have emailed customer service, but they send the same exact copy and pasted response (which isn’t helpful).

Awful experience. Sent multiple messages trying to cancel and get refund. Their time frame for production, shipping and receipt are lies. They also ship from an international company. They will send canned responses. When I finally got tired of waiting, I requested a refund from PayPal. Surprise, the next day my item magically ships out to me. I am afraid to actually get the item, I am sure it will be a POS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Took over a month to get after continued emails requesting shipping information after order was confirmed. It’s supposed to be a fleece sweatshirt but it’s made of nylon with a nylon lining , not a fleece sweatshirt as advertised and color is in no way a navy blue

I saw a hoodie they advertised that looked really cute. It too over 1 1/2 months for it to arrive. I constantly emailed asking for status update on shipping and got computer generated responses. When it arrived it was not as pictured in their ad. When I requested a return per their instructions on the website they replied that returns had to be sent to China and they did not have a return label. Even though the website said they would send one. They only offered 25% back on what i paid. I am still waiting on that little bit. Horrible product. Horrible customer service.

They charged me on my Venmo card, but never sent the merchandise.

I bought a hoodie from this place on January 31 and I still have not received it!!! I have sent them so many emails about it and tried to get my money back but they just keep telling me it’s on its way. Ugh!! This is ridiculous! What a scam!! Wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money!!

Do not buy from this company. The products we ordered have not been received and it’s been over 2 months, their emails are all the same and you really never get any response on your order.

Total scam. Its been 5 weeks and no product. No help from PayPal. Just excuses from vendor. STAY AWAY

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You are unable to return items!! Customer service is terrible! I have filed multiple complaints on Paypal regarding this company.

Place an order January 3 received an email and after seeing all these reviews once again I know I’m not getting my package

There sizes are not true sizes ordered large and 3xl and it's the same size in first order which to 6 weeks and 4 emails for delivery but second delivery ordered 2large 1 was large the other says large but is extra small still waiting on 3rd order all orders made the same day its been 2 months

They are scam artists.. I ordered my hoodie on December 7 and it’s Jan 22 and it finally comes, I had to repeatedly send email after email after email to let them know it was late… and then it finally gets here and it’s not true to size it’s way smaller than it says I ordered a 6x bc I like baggy close and this fits like an XL. I’m angry and I guess learned my lesson buying something from what ended up being from China!
