I would highly recommend to never order from a company called 3D hoodies. I ordered my son a jacket it's supposed to take 7 to 10 days to get there it took over 2 months. When I did get it it was supposed to be a 3X it's not even a size large. I ordered my daughter a Winnie the Pooh jacket right after I ordered his within days and I still don't have it. Bad service bad products!! I've written them a letter every day for the past week wanting either a refund or the jacket. They finally wrote me last night and said that it was sitting at the post office. I went to the post office and they said no there's no such package here and that's not a true tracking number!!

I would also rate zero if I could. I ordered 6 hoodies in November for Christmas gifts but they weren’t delivered! I tried contacting the company but to no avail. Finally came after Christmas but they weren’t delivered cheap polyester type fabric! 3D? No way! Buyers beware!

My mom ordered a hoodie, Minnie Mouse / Pink hoodie. It took a long time to get here, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was on both sleeves in big white letters it was *supposed* to say "MINNIE"... but instead it has "MINNIN" on BOTH sleeves... Clearly a typo/defect on their suppliers part. We reached out to get a replacement and the company expects US, the paying customer to front the shipping cost to CHINA, which would have been more than the sweater cost to begin with... And then they only offered a discount on another purchase??? I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and if a customer receives a product that was faulty or defective it was replaced at the companies cost, that's part of business, which clearly this 3D hoodie company IS NOT a business but merely a SCAM. So buyer beware. You may get lucky and get a nice sweater or you might get some junk and be stuck with it and out of your $$$. Not a gamble I would take if I were you.

If I could give this company zero rating, I would. I’ve been trying for over 2 months to have an exchange. They keep sending me emails about promotions, but no email conversation about the package which I received and my hoodie was too small. I have asked on several occasions for a label that I might return the package for a larger size. I definitely would never never
recommend them.

Bought two sweatshirts, one of them being the comfrt brand That never shippedThe other being the wildlife scene which was very poor quality. We are now into March and I’ve been trying to get this situation rectified since December All I want them to do is give me the comfrt sweatshirt For my wife and I’ve gotten the runaround with about 15 emails saying they are looking into it but nothing being done

I finally received my order, it definitely was much longer than I thought it would be. However, I am very, very pleased with the quality and the design is perfect!!! This is NOT iron on decals, this is inked in the sweatshirt!! Look the way it was advertised! Haven't worn or washed it yet. Great quality!! If ordering give a couple of months. I gave a 4 because of time length of time it took, not for the quality of my items...which is great!!

This company is a joke,they do not have a legit phone number and they ask you if you want to have it expedited for $9.00 then hit you $29.99 with out you even knowing then you have to wait 30 days anyway, they truly are a disappointment

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I made a simple purchase of a Kansas City Chiefs hoodie for my father's February 11, 2025 birthday on January 31, 2025. The information on the website indicated that I had 5-7 days roughly for delivery and processing my order. After I made the order, I received a confirmation email confirming my order. Needless ro say I never got the order on or before February 11, 2025; I received it on March 8, 2025.Despite reaching out to the company multiply times. Oh and by the way, it is impossible to speak to a live person. The material was very cheap and resembled something purchased from a street seller. There customer service department works through email only. And they send you the same old generic response. I had the opportunity to choose another seller and I made the wrong choice. Please learn from my mistake and do not shop with my3hoodie.com.

Don't buy. Nothing I never responds to email never answers the phone or return calls give you fake tracking number for your merchandise They steal your money do not buy. I have not received my merchandise yet it has been over a month

Absolutely do not order from this company. A total scam . Customer service is a joke and material is cheap and ugly. You will never be able to return a thing .

No Shipped email for over a month, no real response from the company until I put in a complaint through PayPal! Took over 30 days to get my hoodie and when it finally came the 4 names of the 49er Legends on the hoodie were all messed up! Cheep thinly made hoodie totally unwearable hoodie with poor graphics! Waiting to see if this company from China will return my money through PayPal! So disgusted with this sham of a company! Don't waste your money!

Quality is terrible and customer service is close to no response unless you ask the same questions over and over. The return policy is a scam. You have to return to china. They send an email they moved thats why return to china. Dont waste your money especially if you have a return

Company is headquartered in US, but returns are handled in China?? Took over a month to receive and sizing is off from basic us sizes. You pay return shipping to China, not US, otherwise they offer nominal refund.

I happen to be one of the customers that is still waiting for my order. Ordered it on January 27,2025 and you are the correct phone number isn't working and you only can get the automated email response. I will be more careful in the future when buying from companies that masks themselves as a legit company. I was sent a tracking number coming from China. I thought they were base out of New York.

Ordered an item, but then immediately began trying to cancel it. Seller does not pick up phone, does not return voicemails and ignores emails for cancellation.

I made an order, but then decided to cancel. I have left voicemails and multiple emails. They will not pick up the phone, they will not respond to paypal. Do not do business with these folks.

Purchased 2 hoodies totaling $104.0015 (incl shipping cost). The product I received was faulty/the letters printed were faulty/missing a letter. When I reached out to ask for a refund because I no longer trust their products, the wanted to ship them back at my cost; told them, I should not have to do that given it was their fake product they shipped to me and I had paid for shipping cost. Short story, I only got a refund of $19.04.

Don’t do it.
Terrible company, hoodie arrived 6 weeks late. They offered a small discount for the problems, eventually got it after contacting them.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BOGUS COMPANY THAT'S IN CHINA !!! I placed an order for two hoodie sweatshirts, paid via paypal, in more than 6 weeks later never received anything although they send me bogus tracking numbers that have no point of reference at all so they're not actual tracking numbers. And how they can beat the system with PayPal is long as the seller can show PayPal a tracking number PayPal won't do anything. So I am done with PayPal after this experience I cancel the credit card so they won't get any additional payments so thank God they won't get the whole payment which is about $80 ... they got $40 of my money that I won't ever get back. Thankfully, I canceled the credit card that I used. I won't use PayPal ever again because this is the second time in 10 years that I ran into a bogus seller and PayPal does nothing when you open dispute once the seller provides PayPal with a "fake" tracking number. There are enough complaints against 3D Hoodie to shut them down. Also, it's never disclosed when placing online order that they are shipping directly from China. I'm now filing a complaint with my state's attorney general office and FCC.

This company sells total garbage it looks nothing like what's on the website please do not waste your money
