I was contacted by this company offering marketing services for my business. They said i need to wait 3 months to get results yet they made paid them 285 dollars for nothing! They never finished anything and just kept calling me every day offering different services at a very high price. I asked them to cancel my services and just give my money back which they refused.
I was asked by them to do an early review for them which a regreat.

Russell is very professional and prompt. He does what he says he is going to do. We just started with MY AIO and can't wait to see the results - I will for sure report back in a month....

after seeing suspicious incrimental charges to avoid alerting CC charges to overcharge me for a website 5K for a bisic site, i alterted my CC to alert my suspicions that they were not legit. i was sent a contract but didnt sign it. not only 5k charge for a site, there was a 270 dollar charge for maintainance. during my call he had a "client" call me to advice me to use my aio. i took his name and the man acted liie we were going to be best friends as his interests were in lined with mine. i looked up this person and saw the real person wasnt the same as he claimed. i never heard from anyone again yet they are still fighting me for the money, even though i immediatley cancelled the payment and didn't sign the contract. thye dont act like a legit company and now i'm about to take them to court of this matter

I get 5-10 calls daily from telemarketers who say they are from this company. Each time I ask to be added to their Do Not Call list per the TCPA, and I block the number, as it's clear this couldn't possibly be a legitimate business. One caller told me I would "be a slave forever." Truly bizarre.

Unsolicited call from Ryan at MyAio claiming to call from Yelp. When asked what he was selling he said he was not selling anything but reaching out to help with the yelp page. Obviously, 5-10 minutes later, he's trying to sell a marketing package.

Not a serious company. Stay away.

Even though skeptical at first, I've had a great experience working Russell Brown at MyAIO. He's been responsive and on top of things. Whenever I have questions, he takes the time to answer thoroughly and ensure everything is clear. My initial interaction with MyAIO was great...I was already advertising with another company and decided to change based on the sales pitch, more competitive pricing, and the consistent follow up with my introductory requests.

As I got weeks and even months into the relationship, I quickly learned that getting a hold of my account manager became increasingly difficult, unless it was the time of the month for me to pay my monthly fee, in which case he would call me daily. I expected more interaction, especially given the cost to create my new website, and the hidden costs that came along with it. I felt as though I was not provided all of the information and potential costs up front, which would have been more transparent and, honestly, made me happier.

I am now 5 months into the relationship, and my account manager, while very polite and helpful, is quite difficult to get a hold of, delaying the results I expect. At this point, I don't know what to think, as the website I paid to have designed is quite elaborate and user friendly, even though getting additions made has also taken quite a bit of time. Regarding the advertising portion of the relationship, I have yet to see productive results, although I did set myself a 6-month timeframe, and summertime is usually a slower time of year for my business.

While I have been understanding and incredibly patient, I almost feel like I was just a fish being reeled in, kept on the line by reasonable productivity and the promise of increased customer interactions based on the advertising provided by MyAIO. While this has not been the absolute case, I will continue to avail of their services, but only for a short while longer if I do not see increased results.

After a bit of a startup issue, MY AIO got right to work. We are in the early stage of getting everything going for my family business, Bulldog Custom Woodworking. Patrick Wilson has been my contact and personal representative. He and the team have shown a woodworker how to supercharge my advertising dollar. From social media to website, they have given Bulldog a lift in SEO standings and new client leads. I look forward to continued growth and friendship with Patrick and MY AIO.
