I pey for bed and never come

I am absolutely in love with my new bed. The entire experience was seamless, from placing my order to the quick delivery and assembly. The bed is not only beautiful, but also incredibly comfortable. The customer service team went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My Bespoke Bed has truly transformed my bedroom! The customer service team was so helpful in guiding me through the customisation process, and the delivery was quick and easy. The assembly team did a fantastic job setting up my new bed, and the quality is exceptional. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend My Bespoke Bed to all my friends.

The quality of these beds are AWFUL. On the inside, they’re made with a cardboard material and STAPLES. The pictures are also totally different from what they advertise, and when assembled and lifted, the beds bend to one side. It is then extremely difficult to push the bed back down. (I have pictures and videos for proof).

I ordered 3 beds totalling over £2000. 2 of these beds were COMPLETELY faulty and the other bed was THE WRONG order. 1 bed base from the super king was also missing from the order, and the bases from the 2 other beds were half the length of the actual bed. I have been imploring the customer service team to fix this issue for 4 months, but as soon as I give them my details, they ( Emma and Ryan) ignore me purposely as they are aware of the reoccurring issue. When I initially wanted to buy from them representative Emma would respond straight away, so it really goes to show how much of a scam they are. Once you purchase from them, they WILL not respond to any of your enquiries, even if the order arrives broken, faulty or is wrong.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please please PLEASE avoid this scam. The reviews are mostly positive which is why I proceeded with the order, but after my experience I’m not sure they’re true!

It takes a lot for me to write a review but I felt like I needed to with this bed. It’s fantastic, does the job and the head board looks stunning.

Came a week early which was a nice surprise the delivery guys were brilliant I live in an upstairs flat they brought all the parts up to my door for me! Couldn’t believe how big the super king is amazing quality and mattress is really good quality!

I am quite impressed with the quality of the bed, the quality-price ratio is well worth it, the packaging was all very correct without any incident and the assembly was very easy. I recommend it 100%, the color is beautiful too.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have paid £650 on the 1st October.. still no bed or refund.. I have now been blocked from the only number given … check our all the reviews .. easy to get your friends to put positive reviews! Please see companies house - this is not even a proper company .. I hope at least I stop one person loosing their money I will be happy.. honestly AVOID. I have never be scammed before so I’m shocked and saddened that people think this is ok! Give me back my money

I purchased a bed from them on the 10th December. I paid for express delivery which the time frame was 7-10 days. 10 days later still no bed. I contacted them for them to tell me due to it being Christmas, they were delayed (which I understand) however they shouldn’t be taking orders for express delivery if they can’t deliver. They said my bed would be delivered on the Saturday (day before Christmas Eve) which was 3 days later than what I paid for. I took the day off work, no bed. Only to find out from the courier that the bed hadn’t even be made when he went to collect it. I have sent numerous messages as there is no contact number only to be told “in a couple of hours I will be contacted with a new date and that my express delivery would be refunded” I have messaged countless times for past few days. I still have no bed, no refund on the delivery and not even an apology!!!! I am now getting no replies. Absolutely disgusting company, disgusting customer service. Not only did my guests at Christmas have no bed to sleep on but I still don’t have the bed or any apology or any money returned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you want a bed because you won’t get it, neither will you get money returned for inconvenience or an apology.

Really pleased with my purchase of a small double bed the service was excellent from start to finish great value for money couldn't be happier will definitely be back to purchase from them again when I need another bed,10/10 for quality and service.

Have yet to place my order, the customer service so far has been fantastic. I've contacted numerous companies to find the right bed and Beds Online have been excellent in their communication as well as being able to provide exactly what I'm looking for. Can't recommend them enough.

Ordered the low oriental bed king size bed. Received frequent updates about the delivery. Bed is the perfect size, solid build and good quality. Adam and Layla arrived on the earlier side of the delivery timescale and are very professional and super efficient. Would definitely recommend buying from Get Laid Beds. Super reliable service and quality beds.

I couldn’t be happier with my new bed, it came in great time with plenty of delivery slots options. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow, me and my daughter had it up in no time. It’s really made such a difference.
