I was so reluctant to pay $75 for a…

I was so reluctant to pay $75 for a starter kit (LEGURA) but my god it’s the best investment iv made in a very long time! As a former cigarette smoker of 21 years and a vaper for 3 years, I can wholeheartedly say I am 100% happy with this product! After reading some of the reviews, I feel like some people might not get how to suck on it! So don’t hold back thinking you’re going to choke! That will create the ‘popping’ sensation (which doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything), sucking it like your taking one consistent long breath in! Works amazing! I will be doing a video and tagging CAPNOS in the next few days on Facebook and TikTok! Thank you!

Really great after care!!

Had a slight issue with my LEGURA that I bought from them but I tell you what, one message to their instagram team and boy did they get to work. Fantastic service and helped me straight away. Really prompt reply’s! Cannot fault them at all. Things go wrong and that’s a fact of life, but when you get an aftercare team like these guys, it really does go a long long way. If you’re looking for a brand you can trust, I assure you these are the people to buy from. Thank you!

I ordered from CAPNOS after picking out…

I ordered from CAPNOS after picking out which device I thought would work best. Unfortunately the one I chose was too hard for me to inhale with. I reached out to the company and they not only didn’t ask for me to return it but sent out a new device immediately they thought might work better for me. Again, unfortunately the shipping company kept messing up and the package was delivered a day after I left the area as I was unable to get updates (uniuni was the company and their service wasn’t it.) Once again, I reached out to CAPNOS and they were beyond amazing and very apologetic and easily gave me a refund. I plan to order them through Amazon to a locker pickup location that might work better for me as really this was a me issue, not a them issue. While I haven't been able to fully try their products I’m honestly not even mad. This company goes well beyond for their customers and I will continue to praise them. It’s rare finding humans that care- so when I do I take note. Thank you team once again!

What a joke doesn't work horrible refund

What a joke. A company who states looks like vaping and has probably never vaped before. The ordering process went smooth and since they claimed to have such a high quiting rate, I decided to order extra pods. They state all over that you will 100% money back but they DON'T. First, they don't disclose that if you order pods they are not refundable even though you send it back and if you actually open the box, you have to pay to send the device back. So now I am out $50 for trying a horrible device that claims it's like vaping but NOT even close. It causes me to cough because it gives you less than a second to puff than shuts off, the flavor is a joke, the opening where they Say you can get a puff IS NOT true and their return policy is not as they say. I'm ok with eating the $50 just to be able to let everyone know not to waste your time and DO NOT order pods or open the device if you accidentally bought it because you won't get your money back.
I hope this company gets what it gives to its customers. I would've been gracious on my review but the customer service is a joke. They don't care they just want your money. And they try constantly at checkout to get you to order all these things and try to charge you for them. Beware and don't waste your energy or time with this product. It does NOT work and redinda are horrible.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to eligible starter devices, while cap packs and flavor packs are generally not eligible for return under our policy due to the nature of those products. However, after reviewing your case, we did make an exception and processed a refund for the flavor packs as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to help reach a fair resolution for you.

No customer care service

I did make an order more than a month ago. The shipping was sent, but some days later it was stuck on the way. Singe then I haven't hot the shipping. I tried to contact the enterprise two times per mail but I haven't got any response from the customer care service. It's not serious. This enterprise is to avoid.
