Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. This was my first time using MyCar and was expecting a great experience! However when I dropped my car off at 10am Friday I was told I will receive a call when it’s done that day which was fine!! It gets to 5pm and I then decided to call Mycar Chermside to see how my car’s going. I ring and then I was advised they forgot about my car and told me to reschedule - expecting me to pick to find a lift there to pick my car up on a Friday evening when I had plans to leave that night to have a weekend away up the coast. When they told me I would have to reschedule I politely said “No, can my car stay there overnight and it can get done tomorrow (Saturday)”, he then was unsure and said I’ll have to make it work expressing it was an inconvenience however this was an inconvenience to me. It takes effort to sort out a lift there and back along with working and planning to go away that weekend. Also, what happened if I didn’t call them as they were closing in 30 mins, I would not of heard from them! Don’t accept bookings if you can’t get them all done. Thank you

Since 2019/2020 have been a customer Chermside & although now living Brisbane Southside Chermside is my preferred store. The team at Chermside are focused on their customers, always courteous, respectful & understanding, very knowledgeable & professional & do a great job. The Chermside team especially Zac give you confidence & are people you can trust.

Service was efficient except for wrong parts being sent but that wasn’t their fault. They kept us informed of what was happening. Car is running smoothly and headlights are working.

I had my car in for a service and new tyres today.
All the guys I dealt with were friendly and helpful.
When i drove home there was a very noticeable change in the way it handled.
It was so smooth everything felt good.

Over recent years I’ve made use of both the included roadside assist from servicing and tyre warranty and each time was happily surprised by the level of service provided.

After a failed roadworthy on a much-loved vehicle, Scott at the front desk got me squared away with getting all the work done to bring it up to mechanical standards. The guys did a great job with all the work and everyone was friendly, professional and so very helpful. Well done guys!

I have been a loyal mycar customer for years, I found them to be honest about the work that needs doing to my car. While waiting for my car to be ready, (I was early) a young girl came in for a tyre, she asked about the spare, and who would put it away for her. The man serving her was very helpful and told her that they would swap everything and put the tyre away, she asked if that would cost more, he explained that no it wouldn't. another customer came in and was asking about all the things another garage had told her that were in need of fixing, he explained that they checked everything, and said that it was all fine and didn't need fixing at all. We all walked away happy with the service we got!!

I called up on a Friday morning to see if I could get 4 new tyres fitted immediately as I noticed that one of my tyres was starting to perish and I was quite worried about driving home.
They were able to fit the tyres in the afternoon and when I finished work, I could drive home with four new tyres.
Friendly and very accommodating.

Fast affordable and efficient service.

The staff were patient and flexible with the time to fix my car, they explained step by step what they were doing with my car, and did a thorough job on my car, I have been coming to see them for a few years now and will be continuing to come back.

i like that they provide good communication and understanding for what is wrong and why it’s priced that way but unfortunately overall service is lacking. i went for a service in February in which they checked over my entire car and provided a list of additional things that needed to be fixed. at the end of that service i was told i would expect a quote within the next week… 2 weeks pass so i call and they said they’d get it to me asap, i then waited another 3 weeks before i called again to be told it was finished they just didn’t send it to me. i book in my service to get everything fixed, which was completed except for my aircon. when i went in for my original service in february i explicitly told them that my aircon had a leak so i expect them to check over it thoroughly, it was not. i received a call during my most recent service to let me know they’d found another leak and it would cost another $1000 to fix, the price i understand and am not going to complain about labour prices however it would have been better to know at the previous appointment instead of now having to go a third time for an issue that should have already been resolved.

Easy process, addressed my extra queries.

Excellent straightforward customer service. Super quick! Was pleasantly surprised by the turn around.
