So far it’s not even 1 star ⭐️ I serviced my car before Christmas preparing for the holiday driving 130.000 service change spark plugs oil regular inspection. Few days later I returned the car complaining of a rattle in the engine, I was advised it’s nothing keep driving. I asked for another option at ford dealership as it’s a ford been advised don’t drive bring it in for a diagnostic, my car advised drive it so I did 15 km dawn the road the engine light came on saying oil pressure low . I was near another My Car station so I pulled in asking for additional advise, the manager suggested to live it there don’t drive.he can look at it after the holidays.
Being Christmas, I had to hire a car to have my holiday with families. At Costs $ 1500
Later I was advised by the company that my car needs a new engine $12000 and $165 for the diagnosis I have to pay before I can get the car back . I didn’t agree to a new engine as my car value is less than $12000
I’m out of pocket for a car tow $150 .
Still no answer today roadside assist picked up my car to take to the original place where it was serviced and broken on the first place .Cranbourne branch on Frankston Cranbourne rd . My car was perfectly fine before they did the service, I’m hoping for some positive outcome ,I’m still without a car .

it was okay. the studs that got replaced are different lengths so now my wheel looks wobbly

Craig and his staff very helpful after getting a puncture in my tyre , reasonably priced and I recommend to people in the Cranbourne area.

Your assumptions made for bill higher than budgeted. Only wanted a basic service as this was all I could afford but instead I got a service that cost more than it costs the have the whole brake front end replaced on the same car. I will be taking my business else where in the future.

Got four new TMPS installed and the next day i went to drive the car and both tyres on the passenger side were completely flat. They didn’t tighten the sensors up so all the air escaped. Also didn’t know the process to sync my sensors and wanted me to book in again and get them programmed

On time friendly, know how much it costs before hand. Very happy nice clean waitress room
