I decided to give my Hyundai Tiburon a good service and chose Mycar Tyre & Auto Toowoomba. The booking was easy on line and the chap at reception (Daniel) was efficient and went through it all with me. I included a couple of extras that needed doing and they readily accommodated me. All in all a very good experience and highly recommended.

Second time using Mycar in Toowoomba. Great communication, easy to book in and service was performed as expected. Also like that road side assist is included for 12 months.

Staff are always friendly polite and helpful despite always being crazy busy. Understandably, they are not always familiar with using dashboard systems so had to do my own recording of km’s and resetting oil and maintenance information. At pick up, there is always a helpful run down of what has been done and what to expect next service. Always know that the work has been done (unlike some other places). Now if we could just get pick ups and drop offs to manage getting to and from work, it would make life so much easier!!!!

They would have gotten 5 🌟 but they don't clean the intake filter box before putting in the new filter...

Nothing was too much trouble. We had four new tyres fitted and balanced and the four wheels aligned.

Staff numbers were down and it meant the car might not be ready until after 3pm. I was pleasantly surprised to have it back by lunch time.
