However, my recent interactions with Mo over the past week have truly elevated that experience. On each occasion, he has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, always with a sincere smile and a can-do attitude from the very start of the day. I would also like to make special mention of Ruby, who is, without hesitation, my favourite mechanic in Melbourne. Over the years, I have come to deeply trust her expertise, professionalism, and dedication. She consistently demonstrates both technical excellence and a thoughtful, customer-focused approach.

mycar Windsor is very good with attentive staff and a convenient location.

I booked in for a standard 249 dollar service. When I vent into the office I was presented for at 399 dollar service to sign which I said 'no thank you' to. When I got the call back after the service he said that it needed some minor fixes which I agreed to, then he said I could pick it up around midday. I arrived at 2pm and the car was not ready, he then said he'd never said it was ready that time. Not acceptable. I then cancelled the rest of the fixes just to take my car elsewhere. I later on figured out that he overpriced the fixes (that I cancelled). Don't go there if you appreciate service and trustworthy people.
