Nigel made the process great, he was happy to provide various quotes and answer copious questions. He stayed over his shift to help. We found a solution to the online payment problem ( you really should just offer an over the phone payment option).

Amazing so far
We are nowhere near sailing date yet so I shall also update when the holiday has fully completed. So far though, Nigel has been absolutely brilliant and has gone above and beyond from general enquiry to us actually booking.
