Helped me all the way very polite and kept informed all the time I felt like they really wanted to help me.

Holly and Katie have a been absolutely amazing through the process, there are there for you through the guilt, the shame, the anger that may arise from this position you have no choice to be in.
There have been at the end trying to get things sorted, and they are an an amazing support through the process

Holly performed her role with excellence. This was a big step for me, however, any doubts were alleviated as she explained the whole process in layman’s terms. I feel too many companies fall into the trap of using legal jargon, this was not the case.

Having put my head in the sand for years and thinking it will go away. It finally all come to a head.
I had nowhere to turn for help. And as cash was coming in it was going straight out. And seem to be getting more and more letters.
I saw an advert and I thought I need to try.
Chole called and gave me my options. It was a massive weight of my shoulders. Between Chole and Katie I was helped so much. I really don’t know where I would have been today if it wasn’t for them two. Now things are sorted I’m a better person and looking forward to life.
