Hello. As explained via email your postcode does not qualify for our UK mainland rates. The extra charges are also written into our delivery page. We also refunded promptly your order as soon as you wanted to cancel it.
We then believe this review is unfair and we will report it to trustpilot.

Scandalous poor customer service and…
Scandalous poor customer service and attention to the customer in general. Ordered with next day delivery and Fedex damaged the parcel. Had a call from them saying the parcel is now leaking so they are not going to deliver it. I immediately contacted Mydelibox which did NOTHING for me! Emailed them numerous times in the past 3 days informing them about this and requesting a replacement. NO, replacement! Had a reply they are awaiting for Fedex to confirm. They did not even bother to check the tracking otherwise they would have seen the the parcel status has not updated since 2 days. So I have to wait for Fedex to have the time to confirm and if it takes 1,2,3 weeks I will have to wait to receive, MAYBE, another parcel with what I paid for?? This is so not Customer care oriented. This company has a lot to learn on how to treat their customers.

Hello, Cinzia. Thanks for your order and sorry for what has happened to you. Please note you already ordered several times in the past from us, and we always assisted you promptly and professionally. In this specific case there was an issue with the courier, and we did take care of it as well.
When you say mydelibox did nothing for you, you know this is not true and it is not fair to report such a thing here. We apologized multiple times, we refunded you the entire order value, and we offered a voucher for a new order, which you did use and then suddenly you cancelled it. We explained also multiple times we are unable to send you a replacement.
We hope you reconsider this review and we wish you all the best.

Very pleased, I have a very good knowledge of the Italian products as been resident for long years. As always from packaging to doorstep delivery, it's just fantastic to be able to taste the delicacies of good products which is barely unavailable, so 5 stars ,keep doing the good job !!maybe introducing more products with convenient prices for customers and your business as well

Products are with a long shelf life which is good especially if you are s single person, so you don't have to rush eating everything quickly. Free standard delivery one week time which is fine.
Would have loved a first order discount but I didn't get one.
