My order arrived just in time for Easter as was promised. Packaging was very well done,no damaged items, considering that easter Colomba and paste are quite fragile items.As always prices were excellent. Quality is always the best. Absolutely happy with this company. Braviiii

MyDeli Box is stil value for money, although there are now other sites selling authentic goods in a similar set up. The free postage on goods has risen to a £60 spent which is unfortunate

The delivery was on time and very well packed. All items where there as ordered. With previous orders I've had things broken due to transit and they have replaced those items straight away. Good honest company.

The products I ordered arrived intact and well packaged. Too bad the short expiry date on some of them. Unfortunately I have to make a complaint about the delivery: the courier did not respond after ringing from the building's intercom and left the package in front of the door of an apartment on a different floor. Fortunately, not seeing anyone arrive, I took a tour of the various floors of the building. The package was left at flat number 27 instead of 29.

I've ordered several times with them and I couldn't complain. This time though was completely a mess.
I just opened the last pack of biscuit and like the several others are completely smashed, good only to be sniffed. Quite disappointed! The same fate with the pasta and taralli....

Due update, I got contacted by their customer service after few months and after some emails I got offered a discount close to the amount I've spent for the items I binned.
It's a pleasure to see how they got this right even after a while.

I have ordered numerous times from MyDelibox and always been pleased with the goods delivered. My latest order was so poorly packed that two packets of pasta were split with the contents all over the bottom of the box and biscuits which came with the order are in kit form. Whilst some of the value of the goods has been refunded, there has been no apology from MyDelibox nor any explanation as to why their packing has deteriorated to such a crass extent. Even the box had a hole in it, which must have been present prior to despatch given the amount of sticky tape around the base of the box to conceal it.
