Received my reply and i’m baffled so why was i told it was included in the £640.50 how ridiculous? We wasnt told that our £40 was non refundable aswell,customers should of been alerted I was present for when Cameron attended the property i wasn’t present when my mother was reading anything on HER phone.That was verbal communication who in their right mind would pay £255 for a fitting for a floor?in a tiny room?What if your customer cant read english or cant read properly in general have u thought of that? Some ppl dont have someone else to read for them?What an idiotic response i’m sorry but how ridiculous its not in your agreement its told after when u accept what date your going to attend to do the fitting😂, however i have read your reviews and that is absolutely not the first time she’s been rude so i doubt you give good training. Absolutely scam of a company, you’ve been charging your customers for measuring too? We wasn’t charged so that definitely means your a scam!!!!!!!!! Oh and our experience also suggests that,I do not require another reply unless its to accept your faults as a”company”.

didn't tidy up afterwards
the guys were a laugh, but the didn't clean up after themselves and left all the cutoffs, rubbish for me to get rid off and I don't drive, plus they left surplus cutoffs upstairs after doing the stairs carpets

I have cancelled today, it's ment to be affordable payments but the measurer wants £200 then the fitters need £300 customer service is absolutely appalling that's no way to conduct a business, I've paid £400 already for absolutely nothing, I want a full refund

I understand you may have concerns about the payment arrangements, so let me confirm the details again for clarity:
Your order covers 5 areas: living room, hall, and 3 bedrooms. Which is quite a large order.
As discussed with our representative, you agreed to an initial payment (which serves as your deposit), followed by a tailored fortnightly payment plan. You were also informed about the pre-fit amount.
The fitting fee is paid directly to the fitters on the day of installation. They are self-employed contractors, not employees of My Dream Floor Ltd, so we do not handle or receive this payment.
You also received a contract via e-mail, which you signed and accepted. If however, you decide you no longer wish to proceed with the order, please just let us know and we will walk you through the cancellation process — no complicated steps required.
We work hard to provide a good service and value our reputation, so we would have hoped that you’d given us the chance to resolve any questions directly with you before leaving feedback on Trustpilot. We are always happy to talk through anything that feels unclear.

If I could give it zero I would the flooring is bog standard that you can get from b&m which it’s totally overpriced. I paid £295 on my first visit with Andy last Wednesday and was told if I paid extra my fitting would be in 7-14 days then I get a text to say it’s the 28th July. Been trying to contact them all weekend through the what’s app email and phone but no answer of reply. The woman in the office is a cheeky woman with no customer service skills whatsoever - don’t give them your money scam artists who aren’t FCA approved either when she admitted it on the phone.
Quick update they have decided to call me pretending to be from head office to say they don’t know anything about the situation but when I told them about the cheeky woman laughing down the phone at us earlier she said I was sitting across from my college and she didn’t say that. They also asked me to take this review down. Absolutely not a chance!! I hope people see this and decide not to spend any money with them.

Regarding your comment that our products are equivalent to those sold at B&M: we offer flooring options to suit all budgets, which we categorise as Good, Better and Best. The “Good” range is our budget-friendly option, which is the product you selected. We also offer flexible payment plans, which B&M do not, — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — which require time to set up and confirm before work can begin
In terms of fitting times: it is rarely possible to complete an installation in under two weeks. The process involves several steps: your order must be processed, the flooring ordered, cut to size, and delivered to a local fitter. Paying a larger deposit, as our representative suggested, helps speed up this process. Lead times also depend on how busy our fitters are in your area, which is why your estimated completion date is slightly longer than you may have hoped.
Regarding your request for a refund: we are happy to process this, but like all businesses, we follow our standard returns and cancellation policy. Once you have completed and returned the required forms, your refund will be issued promptly.

I cancelled my fitting, they ask for a large deposit, you have to pay a large amount before fitting and then a further astonishing amount on fitting day, outrageous.

Hi Gemma, we are sorry you felt you had to leave a negative review. You never had chance to see how wonderful the flooring would have looked. The deposit is explained by the sales representative and is all part of the process. Once the deposit is paid you then pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. The deposit also determines how much you pay weekly etc. The amount you pay on the day is to the fitter. That is his fee and is agreed at the time of sale. Once again we are sorry that you were disappointed.
