We used My Event Concierge for a 40th Birthday celebration. We booked a Casino night which was brilliant fun. Worth every penny and more. I'd definitely use them again.

We booked catering through Alex for my friend's hen do.
Alex was very friendly and very efficient with helping us for the weekend. Everything was very smooth and he couldn't be more helpful.

So the initial communication with this company was good - but the bottom line is that they are a third party and I received different information from the Murder Mystery company who was due to deliver my event. I enquired about a date change directly with the Murder Mystery company who said it was fine to rearrange 24 hours prior to the event, when I then asked to do this they told me that they were unable to offer alternative dates and processed a refund for the murder mystery event - fair enough. However My Event Concierge held onto £70 of the booking fee stating that I had cancelled by asking to move the event. TBH I would have stuck with the original dates had I understood that to be the case. I guess my point is be wary - these guys are creaming money off the top - probably better to go direct next time.

Don’t hesitate in using My Event Concierge for your event. We had a wonderful experience over the weekend with our private chef and pampering therapist arriving promptly and offering professional and friendly service that I’d expect of a five star experience.
Throughout the organisation of our event Alex was always available to talk to or communicate with and had rapid turnaround with any queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble.
Other reviews have cast doubt on the service, and while the team will source and set up an experience, quite rightly there is an onus to confirm with the third party service provider ahead of your event to finalise and tee up times - merely for peace of mind.
If you’re looking for a provider who can take the worry and aggro out of organising an event, Alex is your man.

We contacted Alex for a last minute chef when we were let down from a well known company. I cannot express how thankful we were - the meal may be one of the best things we have all eaten. Jay was incredible and so lovely - there is no praise high enough for the service, chef and food.

We contacted My Event Concierge at short notice due to another Supplier letting us down for my daughters Hen Party. We cannot thank Alex enough, his service was extremely efficient and very professional.

Our Chef Stefan and our Waitress Evelyn were amazing, they tailored the menu to a Spanish theme as we had requested. On Saturday they arrived on time, very quickly established themselves in our kitchen and prepared the most amazing 3 course meal.

The presentation was beautiful, the food piping hot and delicious, and Evelyn was so attentive ensuring that everything was to our liking throughout the evening.

The level of hygiene was outstanding, extremely Covid secure, and the kitchen was left very clean and tidy.

We would 100% recommend My Event Concierge, a totally 1st class service.

They booked our chef 3 days before despite us booking 4 months in advanced. No reason was given what so ever. For 2 weeks they pretended that everything was fine.

This company took our money, and booked the laser shooting experience on the wrong day.

Driving down to the party got a call from the shooting Company saying They had been waiting around for hours. Turns out the concierge took the dates from me, ignored them and sent different dates to the company.

Got full refund, but hardly the point as too late to make any new plans.

THEN got an email saying, "hope you enjoyed your shooting experience that we arranged for you, please give us a review if your experiences". So here we are.
