this company looks after you through your journey they have lovely hosts and drivers who make your journey un forgetting they are pleasant and always making sure you have everything you need like hot or cold drinks and the children get colouring books and crayons and on board videos so family friendly

A group of 9 of us went to Walibi Holland with Family Outings North East over Easter, and it was fantastic from start to finish! From the moment we set off, everything was so well organised and stress-free. Terry went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly – from boarding the ferry to even organising a taxi run to the supermarket on arrival. There was always support on hand if we needed anything. It’s rare to find a company that goes the extra mile in this way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional holiday company. This certainly won’t be our last holiday with them!

We have been travelling with Family Outings since 2022, we found the company by chance. Having travelled with other companies and not really having the best experiences we decided to give Family Outings ago.
From start to finish you are looked after by a coach host & driver, the staff have always been friendly, honest and hard working. TV on-board to watch movies throughout your trip, hot and cold beverages if you require them.
Most important for us, is the time you get in your destinations, Full Days! Not half days like other coach operators. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, a lovely small coach company with great trips to hand, although it says Family Outings which it is for families, please don't hesitate as adults to travel with them too, we do and have enjoyed all our trips.

Used this company several times, had negative experiences from other coach companies so was reluctant at first but these guys are willing to help any way they can. We have been to south lakes, Stockeld park, Disneyland, Paris and Efteling in the Netherlands (our most recent trip in April). I’m always checking to see what trips they have as I won’t use anyone else.

What a great time we had at Kynren organised by Family Outings North East.We were picked up promptly and the bus was nice and clean with reserved seating.We arrived in good time and had good seats at the venue.Ive used this company a few times now and would definitely recommend.

Staff on board the coach were amazing. Informative and polite throughoutout the journey. I have been with the company twice for overnight stays.

Great company tryed for the 1st time this year. Staff where helpful and give advice there where Happy to help. The great thing for me there pick up in Hartlepool. Book two more trip with them for this year.

Travelled to Efteling in April with Family Outings NorthEast. From the booking process & throughout the whole trip it was seamless. Our host was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. The only negative is that they dont pickup from Newcastle area haha. Although this may be a good thing as I would be booked on almost every trip & be skint!! Great company
