Door pick up, comfortable coach, the driver Grant was brilliant, friendly, really cared that we had a good time, checked we were ok with everything throughout the holiday, considerate to all abilities, went out of his way to ensure we saw the best places in fact he made the holiday more enjoyable. Hotels were ok apart from the last one the Angus Hotel Brairgowrie, all travellers were disappointed with this hotel and if it hadn’t been for this hotel I would have given 5 stars. Hope Palmers listen to our feed back and don’t use that hotel again. Would definitely book other tours with Palmers having travelled with other company’s including a large leading tour company the recent Palmers tours I have done recently were far better and would be my first choice on the basis of the drivers who were friendly and professional, comfort of the coach, value for money and itenerary.

Just back from the 3 star Riviera Hotel , Bournemouth. Nice clean hotel, food excellent, staff very professional and helpful.

The coach journey during the whole trip was very comfortable and timing for rest breaks was well planned. The hotel was first class and we were very well catered for by all the staff.
However the tour of the New Forest and the trip to the Isle of White could have been more enhanced by the driver have more Knowledge of the itinerary so that more information could have been given on places of interest.

Hotel brilliant/ food and service excellent. Coach driver very personable. Weather was kind and Belfast trip was brilliant.

The hotel albeit old afforded first class food and accommodation. The trips out were well worth the visit but a longer time in Belfast wouldn't go amiss. The tour of the city was informative but if shorter free time to explore the city would be better.o

Booked once again with Palmers, very well organised..door to door so no worries re baggage etc. coach was great so no driving, hotel was lovely, a little dated but very clean and well looked after. Food was excellent, lots of options..great trips to see a little of attractions..Portmerion was amazing..well done Palmers

Our recent trip to Cornwall could not be faulted. From start to finish everything rang smoothly and was most enjoyable. Looking forward to our next holiday with Palmers.

Coach driver works for another company called Stanley Travel. Very quiet guy, hardly spoke a word except for essential information, not at all friendly like other drivers. Also we were made to eat the last of all coach parties at Alvaston Hall, (7.15pm) when restaurant staff were starting to clear away. Alvaston hire young people in cramped restaurant, maybe students? Had to wait 30 minutes for my drink to arrive on the first evening.

Loved the hotel, with great staff, loved the locations we visited. It was the best time of year as St Ives was busy but not over crowded. We both thought that Helagon and pancarrow house needed more time and may be better for morning visits. Our driver Grant was brilliant.

The holiday overall was great. Hotel Fistral beach and spa was very good. Fantastic views of the beach and sea. Hotel room was good, staff were really helpful and good selection at meals time. Grant our driver was very helpful and an excellent driver. With regards to the iternary- a suggestion would be more time in The
Lost Gardens of Heligan and less time in Truro. Maybe change the gardens to the morning. The same goes for Pencarrow Mansion. We had no time to see the gardens. But saying that the holiday was very good. Cornwall is a lovely place and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Sunny everyday, which for September/October was excellent.

No issues, comfortable coach, competent driver, good hotel, good entertainment, good food and the hotel paid attention to our accommodation request.

Our coach driver was great Hotel lovely but the home pick up was too soon as at that time of day5am. traffic is light and we arrived at Washington services by 5.20 for a 5.45 pick up. The driver wanted to drop us at the coach area next to the fuel area. On return the taxi driver was surly and the taxi was too small for 4 passengers and luggage.

We always find from start to finish the holiday to be well organised and the hotels to be good.The Sandbanks where we have just been was excellent all round food/ staff very good and lovely room with sea view.Our coach driver Grant was superb and very considerate.

Well organised from the start. We were picked up by taxi from home & transported to the local pick up point. We hardly handled our luggage at all for the whole trip. The coach driver was most helpful. The hotel was great, located with direct access to the beach. Friendly hotel staff. Would highly recommend.
