It Makes a Great Difference when you are Treated Well
My daughter in Vancouver had contacted Holo together with 2 other Companies by phone and said from the way she was approached on the phone followed by reviews on line that Holo seemed to be the best. I signed up and paid for a year and was told pendant should get to me by following Fri. Started tracking parcel from Canada Post which said parcel would be delivered on the following Fri. On the Thur tracking had changed delivery date to following Mon even though it showed the parcel had arrived at the final postal destination. As I had a number of Mon Appointments I changed some
and canceled others. When I arrived home late Fri and checked my texts there was one from Holo earlier in the day saying that my parcel had arrived and gave a phone number to call to get set up. It was late so I read the manual which was short and put the pendant in the charger and went to bed. In the morning I saw that red light was on charge completed, but the blue light would flash abut every 60 seconds. Nothing about this in the manual. Finally phoned on Monday and got Mathew. How refreshing, explained that flashing blue light signified that I was alive but could be turned off if I wanted. I left it on . At 87 one takes everything possible to protect themselves. I have MDS a Bone Marrow Blood Cancer and have been on Chemo since 2017 as at my age there is no cure. Between the Head Nurse at the Cancer Clinic and my Daughter they broke down my restance to getting this Safety Device and the way I was treated by Mathew when I phoned Halos he sealed the deal

Karly at Holo was incredible dealing with my 92 year old mother. An easy set-up and the whole application of the alarm was so effective and efficient. Highly recommend Holo especially for a customer that has no technical knowledge. My Mom found it super easy!

Independence for Mom
Mia and Matthew were very helpful. Received unit a few days late, but it was so easy to setup. Bought this for my mother who lives on her own and 1/2 hour away from me. I have piece of mind knowing she has this added security if something happens.

I agree with positive reviews. I am wearing my belle w on my wrist. I have a Samsung watch on my left wrist. The Samsung is dumb about fall protection. Holo is easy, simple and effective. I tend to have falls and I live alone. The monthly charge is reasonable. I worry less.
