Ordered the discovery box of 3 large bags plus a free smaller bag. Delicious! We’ve already scarfed the small bag in a single afternoon. Lovely quality, lots of different things to try, and delivery was fast. I will definitely be ordering more!

Excellent product, and customer service which goes above and beyond.
I placed an order for several different liquorices as, in my head, I am planning early for Christmas. The order arrived very swiftly, but unfortunately Royal Mail damaged the packaging (the box was delivered in a Royal Mail bag which had ‘our sincere apologies’ printed on it - they admitted the box had been damaged in transit) and 2 of the bags were missing.
The response from Patricia at My Liquorice customer services was immediate, friendly and highly professional. The missing items were replaced and a free gift included.
The liquorice itself is excellent - I was curious about how well chocolate liquorice would work, but it really does, the Autumn mix seems to have disappeared too, maybe I have mice. My idea that I was buying gifts for Christmas has gone out the window, I have evidently bought gifts for ME and will be back soon with a Christmas order. Many thanks for a fabulous produce and great customer service!

This review is misleading and does not reflect what happened. The order was placed on 15/9 with an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. The parcel was fully tracked and delivered to the address provided on the order on 17/9. We also sent four emails confirming the order and providing delivery address and tracking information before the parcel was delivered.
We therefore fulfilled the order using the delivery details supplied by the customer. The claim that the item was simply “not delivered” is incorrect.

I’m always a bit cautious with…
I’m always a bit cautious with companies that constantly pop up on my Instagram. I’ve been tempted before, tried a fudge company, and it was rubbish, so I wasn’t expecting too much this time.
But My Liquorice is definitely a winner.
I’m not really sure how to judge value for money when it comes to liquorice, because I have absolutely no idea what constitutes “good value liquorice”! But everything I’ve tried so far has been really tasty. The banana monkeys were especially good, they’ve already disappeared, and the honey liquorice is strangely, interestingly delicious.
I did also do my best to max out all the free stuff with my order, so taking that into account I think the overall value is actually pretty decent.
I’ve now seen they have giant liquorice strawberries, which I’m hoping I’ll get to try at some point. Although that may have to wait, because I currently have about £100 worth of liquorice to get through and I’m the only person in the house who likes it!
So yes, Instagram advertising finally got me, but for once, I’m very happy it did.

Poor customer care
The product is tasty, but it took weeks to arrive. I was told this was due to the current drought. I received 2 emails during this time explaining the issue and telling me I would receive a free gift for my patience.
Eventually it arrives but my free gift was a catalogue of their other products.
I emailed to complain and have been met by silence.

The delays were caused by an unprecedented and prolonged heatwave in the UK and parts of the EU, affecting supplies of our chocolate-covered liquorice and, consequently, other orders. We kept customers informed throughout and, as a gesture of goodwill, many customers received a complimentary pack.
We accidentally omitted the free bag from this order and resolved this as soon as we could.

My order was unfortunately delayed due to the high temperatures we have been experiencing.
My Liquorice kept me informed promptly about the issue, when my order was released and when to expect delivery.
I received my delayed order safe and sound and in perfect condition.
As always, the quality of their products is exceptional and I am looking forward to tasting all the different types that I have received.

Fantastic gift
