La facilidad con la que realizar el pedido es correcta. Si es verdad que el tiempo de tránsito no es visible hasta el final de la compra y creo que debería ser visible antes. En mi caso tuve que cancelar y han atendido bien mi petición. Mientras espero el reembolso, la verdad es que todo correcto.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Costi abbastanza elevati (per un portachiavi di 6 cm), tempi biblici di consegna, assistenza post vendita pronta ma totalmente inutile e... si affidano a corrieri sconosciuti per risparmiare che mi hanno fatto impazzire. Non ho ancora ricevuto il pacco e il tracking mi dice consegnato. Non ho idea di dove sia il mio ordine e da Moon lamp mi dicono che non è un loro problema. MAI PIÙ. ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE.

El producto casi un mes de espera y aún no ha llegado...los tiempos no son los reales y encima si no llegas al mínimo te cobran 7.99€ de envío más 2.99€ de envío seguro todo esto para que llegue con más de doble de tiempo de espera que puede ser más ya que aún no me ha llegado.

La atención que prestan desde el momento que haces el pedido es estupenda. Te envían por email un par de fotos de como va a quedar para que puedas elegir. Son muy amables. Gracias Soli!

I have placed an order for a Christmas gift on 6th of December and I still haven’t received it ,when I put in tracking no says it’s in transit,I thought it was coming from the uk and I do think they should make it clear before you place an order that it’s coming from china,I’m very disappointed

I bought 2 of the stars for my best friend who lost her father this year and her mother in the 90's. The design is immaculate. The photos in the centre are really clear for being so small. To say my friend loves them is an understatement. Amazing product amazing quality. Will defo recommend, thank you
