literally the worst. the customer service is entirely run by Richpanel, which is AI. incredibly slow shipping and overseas orders brings into question the authenticity of the products. terrible help from customer service, perfumes are not stored in a controlled warehouse, they are shipped from overseas in god knows what conditions.

however, I have had excellent service from Perfume NZ and would recommend them any day.

Ordered Armani code for my wife’s birthday on the basis it would be shipped right away as advertised. Six weeks and several emails later they admit they can’t supply but will not refund- only offer a credit +20% . They are legally obliged to refund but they seem not to give a damn

I ordered a sample vial of Cerruti 1881 EDT for my husband to try. Choosing a new fragrance is always difficult, so it was great to be able to try a small sample. A very easy to navigate website and the sample arrived in super fast time. I will definitely be buying the Cerruti 1881 in a larger quantity. Thank you for the great experience 😀.

Zero stars. These are liars who mislead you by saying everything is shipped from warehouse in Auckland but I now have an email saying exactly the opposite. Products come from around the world. Avoid like the latest plague.

I received the perfume really fast the packaging was excellent it was great to receive my item not broken or damaged like other on-line purchased items arrive,but the most important thing that was fantastic is they can supply me with a perfume that is extremely hard to find which is Elizabeth Taylor perfumes,,if you cant find a top of the line great perfume try these perfumes you cant go wrong with this pick--i never use any thing else but this brand now -woman are always asking me what is the perfume that you are wearing it gets noticed because of the wonderful smell-thank you my perfume shop its great knowing you have us in your thoughts and congratulations on your successful business looking after your customers

I ordered Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez as I loved the perfume tried in a shop locally. It had woody musky notes (which I prefer in a fragrance) and a hint of freesias (my favourite flower), so an instant hit with me but beyond my budget. Then I spied 100ml EDP on My Perfume Shop site at a vastly cheaper price and I took a punt (worried it might be a scam.) It arrived via overnight courier within NZ and my husband, also amazed at the value for money and seeing how happy I was, asked if he could pay me back and we could consider my birthday present now "sorted." Indeed it is and I am thoroughly delighted. HIghest recommendation!

Shocking service and delivery times. 3+ months for delivery- disgraceful don't be tempted by cheaper pricing as the stress and unknown validity of the site is not worth it. Stay away. If I could it would be 0 star.

A good website to use for hard to get items that were not available elsewhere. I found the product, ordered it easily and it arrived promptly. I would definitely order from them again.

I've used My Perfume Shop NZ a few times and must say I'm impressed. Purchases have arrived within the advertised timeframe; even when items ordered were unavailable I've had prompt response from Aubrey and credit applied to my account straight away. I especially like the way Aubrey (the Customer Happiness Officer) has kept in contact and fully explained the way to access my credit. Makes me believe they take billing security seriously. Thanks!

Have bought a few different items and have always received good communication whenever I have had questions and the fragrances are great quality. I'll happily recommend to anyone looking for great value perfumes

Avoid at all costs! Complete time wasters ! Ordered in June and still hasn’t arrived - as soon as I started requesting refund airway went silent! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Avoid this store—they are scammers! I ordered four perfumes and only received one. They are completely ignoring my customer service messages. To make matters worse, Klarna even warns you about them during checkout, but unfortunately, I ignored the warning. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

They are completely dishonest and misleading. The product does not leave from Auckland, the delivery times are completely false and although guaranteed take even longer because they claim it was a pre order..... when your buying a fragrance that has been around for years it is not a pre order! Your delivery time, your website when purchasing says nothing about "pre order". Communication is poor with broken English. I would never buy from them again. Stay vigilant people, another Viagogo business is on the loose. Buy with caution.

I placed an online order on 5 July2026- order number 219633. The order was supposed to be delivered from their ‘Auckland Warehouse’ between 10-17 July. Nothing has happened- no delivery, no sign of the items being dispatched. Their customer service not easy to contact and not helpful at all. Better you avoid this seller

If i could give them zero stars i would. Do yourself a favour and DONT buy from this company. Misleading, bad communicators, false advertising. Product does not ship from a NZ warehouse. Buy elsewhere.

Very disappointed with how they treated my order. After 10 days my order has not even been dispatched, and every email i send them are replied to with a AI generated email, blaming the Iran war, whilst they said the order are being prepared in Auckland nz. I also live in nz. There's no real communication, and you have no idea what is goiing on with your order. Will never use this company again, im not even sure if im going to loose my money. Really not a good online shop. Dont buy from them, think twice before using them.
