I didn’t like 9 emails telling me that it’s in its way to me. I’m going to give it a go today and we’ll see how it goes.

Item arrived within the time scale, packaging could be improved as it was ripped and the box was damaged but thankfully the item was intact and works

Very good experience although I would rather speak a person rather than communicate by text. Having said that they did respond very quickly

They advertised spray guns on facebook and when you go to order they switch the product for different guns. Bait and switch.

Scam. Ordered a product months ago.. still no sign of it. Complete rip off. Scam scam scam stay away.

I ordered a jump starter in December and never received it. When I contacted them they said it was delivered. They instructed me to contact the shipper. That's the worst customer service. They both said it was delivered. No responsibility. They have my money and could care less. Stay away from them.

I ordered 5 Jumpstarters in December and NEVER received them they were sent to two different addresses. When I requested a refund I was told the items were delivered and I had to go to the shipping company to get the money because the items were delivered. I did not do business with the shipping company I did business with the company selling the product. I would suggest to anyone thinking of doing business with this company to think twice. The customer service is horrible. I'm still waiting on a $308.69 refund.

I ordered a tool and was sent a different tool than what I was ordered. They said they would give me $9 back for my troubles but I was still left without the tool I ordered and out the almost $50 I spent. Then they wanted me to pay to send it back then they would refund my purchase but I would still be out for the shipping cost. Don't order from them.

Worse company I have ever ordered from! Over 7 weeks and still no delivery. What is worse, they have no idea where the product is, or how much longer it will take. They have basically lost the product and yet will not provide me with a refund! Do NOT order from this company.

Don’t order from this company if you want to get your purchase in any kind of timely fashion. If you’re getting it for someone’s birthday, any kind of occasion really don’t order from this company. Apparently the mode of transport is boat or maybe horse or maybe a horse pulling a boat? I ordered it on the 9th and there is no idea as to when the date of delivery will be.

Ordered a “survival tactical stick” and received a little hand sized pipe with a tiny baby knife attached to it smh! I guess the joke is on me…I say just stick to Amazon and use PayPal

I ordered Trekking sticks from this company and they they sent me something that looks like a billy club with survival tools inside. I emailed them on the same day that this arrived and they keep insisting that they sent me the correct item - however since I am not 2 feet tall this will not be any assistance while hiking. This company is a scam and will not refund my money.

Ordered a product, never showed up. Tracking the shipping and it ends up in some random town. Emailed numerous times for a refund, they keep telling me to hold on, it's coming, for months now. Website is a scam.

Ordered a multi tool walking stick back in december 23. Its march 24 and it never arrived. I contacted them on chat at their site and youd get more understanding from a brick wall. Scammers stealing from ppl. I will file a complaint with consumer agency.

This company twice has refused to allow a refund or return. THIS time. They sent the wrong item completely. First it took 2 months to arrive (was sipposed to be a Christmas present and arrived 2 months later), then instead of being a fancy walking stick, what finally arrived was a batton. I paid around $40-50. When I wrote in to say they sent the wrong item, they said they would refund me $3 , but I could keep the item! I don't want the item! I said they need to either send me the original item or send me a refund. No answer yet., but if they do what they did last time. They will then offer $5 refund, then$7... this place is a SCAM. to will get alousy product, and they will not give you a refund. Had happened TWICE now, only because I ordered from 2 "separate"companies at different times, and turned out they were this same terrible company. At least Temu has an excellent and fast return policy. Never ship this company! You will get ripped off.

I ordered the Walking Stick from MysteriousK back in December 2023, it is not February 9, 2024 and I still have not received it.

After reading many of the previous about this Facebook ad sponsored company, I know its a waste of my time contacting them.

Walking stick? For a person 2 feet tall maybe..
I asked for a refund and they flat out denied me. Says they shipped what I ordered. They advertised it was 106cm when in fact its only 41 cm. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Ordered this through Facebook and like all the others here, got the same treatment. About 8 weeks and what came was three short pieces with a knife, a permanently attached screw driver head and a useless whistle that doesn't work. With special VIP shipping (yeah, what a joke) and exchange rate, I'm out about $84 Canadian dollars. This was supposed to be a great Christmas present for my dad and now I'm left with a useless billy club. Fricking scammers.
