If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 bras (by 1 get 1 free). I felt safe ordering these bras because I saw Oprah was talking about them on an infomercial. First, it took over a month to receive the bras because the product was coming from China. Once received, I checked the size to ensure it was correct which it was. I was so excited to wear them. The fit felt perfect...at first. About 30 minutes after wearing the bra I looked down to grab something and noticed that I was starting to pop out from it. I adjusted the straps and used the 2nd row of snaps (I originally used the 3rd) but was still popping out. I tried emailing and requesting some type of instructions on how to send the product back for a refund. That email was sent Monday, August 25, 20205. It is now August 31, 2025 and still no response. I even tried getting on their website from my laptop and I got an error message stating THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED. Server IP address could not be found. What a scam! Horrible, Horrible experience. $51.00 down the drain! I wish my excitement didn't get the best of me and I would have read the reviews. Expensive lesson learned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . I ordered four bra(s). One beige and three black. Sized ordered 40D I received sizes 44D. Only way to communicate with this company is by email. I emailed pictures of the products received showing they mailed the wrong size and they refused to correct the order. Offered me $8 USD as compensation. I paid $74 and now out my money and left with bra(s) I can't wear because their too big. Don't waste your money.

Never order from this company. I ordered 4 bras and was sent bras 4 sizes to large. They will not return them and only offered $12 refund, when I said that was not acceptable I got no further response. Worst customer service ever. Wish I had read reviews first!!

I ordered a size 34b bra and received a size 38b. This company won’t refund me my money and it’s their mistake. I hope someone can help me get my refund.

Bras did not fit. Tried to return them, but no response from the company. Given two links that did not work. Total Scam. No vustomersrvice.

They charge $10 for taxes AFTER the order is placed. I see $40 on my order confirmation page which includes shipping but the charge on my card is $51. When I look at the confirmation email they sent, it says the extra $10 is taxes. My purchase amount was $35. $10 taxes would be about 30%. Tax is 6%. I am going to dispute it and get the money back. I'd like to cancel the order but it's been impossible to reach anyone. I'll wait until my bank opens to see if I can reverse the charges.

SCAM.... I wish I would have found these reviews sooner. Saw this on IG and it looked like a great bra with Oprah talking about it as well but its all a scam. I ordered 1 back smoothing bra over 2 wks ago that still has not arrived and was suppose to be here in 3-5 days. I have made several attempts to reach them with little response and no resolution. Please don't waste your money and time dealing with this company they are horrible and taking people's money!

Exactly as someone else commented here - they sent me the wrong size and not even the same type of bra that I ordered during a “two for one” sale. It took months to receive the (wrong) bras, and they claimed they do not have the right size and the best they can do is pay $12. Will not refund until they receive the package back, and the return shipping costs to china are ridiculous. THIS IS A SCAM!

Purchased 2 bras. They sent me the wrong size. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Insisted they sent the right size. Offered $11 US to just keep the bra. Or I have to pay $60 for shipping back to China. Not the same bra as advertised. No lining in the cup like shown in this video!! Worst customer service ever.

I ordered this bra buy 1 get 1 free. First, they charged my credit card $10 for taxes which was nearly 33% for what I paid. After complaining, they took it off. 2. I got the order 26 days later! When it came, It only had one bra, not the second free one. I have requested the second one and they requested more money to get the bra!!!
Lastly the bra is only so so, as it rides up the tummy and curls up in front Buyer beware! Do not order from this company. They are scamming and extorting people.

I bought 2 bras from this business. They are nothing like the sizing and I cannot wear them. I tried to contact to ask to return them and got stonewalled. Had to put in a dispute with PayPal to be offered a $5 refund. Seriously?’ I wanted to return them as they were unworn. They have ignored all contact now

I bought a wide back bra from them with an offer of buy one get one free and I Live in Australia. I ordered size 36/D and they sent me a size 40/D. It was obviously way too big for me and despite I sent lots of emails proving the size they sent me was wrong they never own their mistake and told me they checked with their warehouse and they sent the size I preferred. I’m not sure in what world soze 36 is the same as 40 but they I kept on sending emails complaining and they never owned their mistake and wanted to compensate me with half of what I paid which was $56 USD and told me to keep product because for me to send it back it would be too expensive and not worth it. Never mind I asked them where I would have to ship the products to get my money back and they didn’t wanted to disclose that info. At the end I had to apply for. Refund through pay pal which was my method of payment and I have to send the product back first to china to get my money back. I will obviously be out of pocket for a product I didn’t keep because it’s to big and I’ll be loosing money to get my money back. Unfortunately this chinise company is very dodgy and will

I purchased a 2 bras from them, I did the 4 payments through PayPal. After I made 1 payment I received the bras. There isn’t anything wrong with them other than they don’t fit. I repeatedly attempted to return them/exchange them. It took four emails for them to tell me they weren’t going to exchange them or give me my money back. They suggested I give them to a friend as a gift. Now clearly they are delusional. I’ve been duped and I feel defeated! Don’t fall for their false advertising!

Awful! Was sent the wrong size. Order took over a month to receive and seller REFUSED to exchange for the size that I ordered. They kept asking for QR code that was not on any of the bras. Even with my orders number they would not exchange or refund. Disappointed!

O stars! Bad business! I ordered based off of my usual sizing (36DD) They sent me a size bigger and when I reached out to the email they supplied on their website, I was told that they could not return my larger items for the correct size because that is "what I ordered." They asked me if I would accept the items as a gift to give to someone else instead! Total joke of a business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

SCAMMERS!!!! Do NOT order from this company!!!! They charge more then the final order amount, after disputing the transaction thru PayPal was advised the additional charges were for currency & shipping fees even though I qualified for free shipping! The bras are crap! I never have received my products & had to file a dispute thru PayPal since you can't reach anyone and no matter if you email support or thru the email on paypal you get a response email to contact seller of which that link takes you nowhere!

Zero stars! They're con artists. Never received my order, They use tracking companies in China not actual shipping companies. All you get is the run around and automated messages when trying to check the status. You'll never talk to a real person. It's an elaborate scam. Stay away from these fake people.

Facebook had an ad for bras that i clicked on which led me to this purchase. They charged me $9 more than the price I authorized on my card when i purchased. The email receipt says $40.98 but i was charged $49.18 and customer service has been unreachable. I’m assuming i will end up having to dispute it.

Less than 1 star really …. I ordered according to their size chart… the item is so small it can’t fasten around me and is much much smaller than advertised. Totally unwearable. Before purchasing they confirmed for me that it was returnable for any reason if I wasn’t satisfied but then denied allowing a return when it was not the size advertised … they also refused a refund. PayPal also refused the refund through their process as the item was “materially” the same as advertised even though way way off in size. To both the company and PayPal … Sizing is not relevant to purchases I guess … just that it’s made out of what they say it is. I will only ever deal directly with well known stores from their own websites going forward.
