Applied for therapy.

Went through what I have been through - trauma - and how I was previously under the crisis team and how I was eventually discharged and was seeking further support post this.

They didn’t listen to a word I said and as soon as I mentioned I had been under the crisis team for feeling suicidal - regardless of the fact I was now discharged they went into arse covering mode and fused to offer me any sort of therapy at all.

It did not matter that this was post trauma. It did not matter that I had been reviewed and discharged by an actual psychiatrist who deemed me no risk. Someone who had met me repeatedly over several months.

From one conversation they decided they wouldn’t offer me therapy as I was “in crisis”.

This is a lie. I am not in crisis or suicidal or having suicidal thoughts - any danger to anyone. I would not have been discharged by the psychiatrist if this was the case. They simply didn’t listen to anything I said. Which is concerning in a therapy body !!!

They clearly only care about simple easy money makers for fear of insurance claims.

Disgraceful. Do not use this company there are many much better more professional organisations out there. I have already found one.

Her planning was poor, she was disorganised and easily confused. She made me feel uncomfortable and insisted that acting out helps many people. I expressed my discomfort but she was persistent.

I also did EMDR with her once and she didn’t do it again, as apparently she didn’t think it worked for me. Not sure how she thought that as I said so many positive things when I did it the once. I find she loves the acting out therapy. She comes off very narcissistic.

She failed to provide any advance notice of not turning up to my therapy. As she usually sends a link earlier on in the week. I find she forgot as she got confused with dates. I told her in advance what date I couldn’t do, and she thought I wasn’t making the upcoming weeks call. I told her that wasn’t correct and I told her the date again. Very unorganised even though I gave her several weeks prior warning. This is also the date she didn’t show up…so I found she forgot again.

She doesn’t work well with autistic individuals. She attacked my character and I found her directness unsettling. My questions (simple questions), which she presented as threatening, was not true and I found strange. I just asked her questions like did she forget again as it’s the date she thought wasn’t happening and I never got a zoom link, etc (simple questions but she never answered them). I was simply trying to understand why she had not attended the meeting and she repeatedly changed her story.

I also used a Zoom link from a previous meeting which indicated she was in a meeting. This suggests that she was maybe on another therapy call.

By far the most unorganised therapist I’ve had and very much a pressuring kind.

The session was slightly dry, the psychologist listened to me and asked questions, but since it was my first session, I can't give any specific evaluations.

Искала психолога решить проблемы в жизни из-за которых нахожусь в состоянии депрессии. После выбора психолога всё организовали быстро. За выделенное время благодаря вопросам психолога пояснила всю ситуации. В первую очередь сложилась общая картина проблемы. Спасибо, обязательно буду ещё обращаться.

Мне понравилось консультация Психолога Глеба. Быстро помогли назначит встречу и переосмыслить проблему. Сейчас чувствую намного лучше. Помог трезво посмотреть на ситуацию и понять, что выбор есть всегда.

I had some mental problems, and I had trying to find a good service and psychologist for about 3 days, it’s not as simple as it seems. So, I had tried about 3 services before I found myTerapists. And I stopped here and the seance was helpful, lots of things were open for me, thanks for good psychologist. Even after first seance I feel better.

После первого сеанса с Катериной, мне на душе стало легче, чувствуется, что я готова работать над собой, а именно над своими мыслями. Сам сеанс прошел быстро и незаметно, однозначно хочу продолжать работу с Катериной.

First, it was quick, exactly when I need it, second it was very well described by whatsapp messanges, easy to pay too. And the last the doctor did a great job, did right what I wanted just have someone to listen to my eternal flow of thoughts.
