I bought them mid July. I tried them and all they amplified my voice so I couldn’t hear anything. Sent them back two days later with all the stuff they sent me. They replied va email saying I’m in the refund que. it’s November now. They took my money in two days. It’s been months

I got them, charged them, put them in and was hearing great the rest of the day. I love the fact that when I put them in the charger they turn off and turn on when I take them out. With my old ones it was hard to tell if they were on or off when charging. So far, these are great.

I received my hearing aids and no problem with the delivery or product. The only problem is the cord broke in the charging case and I sent a message requesting guidance if I need to return them or if I could receive another case with charger and I have not gotten a response. I tried calling the number on the box but it doesn’t work.

I needed to order a Pair of Thin Tubes Size 2B for Legacy Model RX2000. I had a very difficult time finding replacement parts on the Nano site. When I found them through a google search, it was very easy to order them and shipping was sooner than expected.

I ordered my tubes on the 27 of October and still haven’t gotten them on November 6 th tried contacting you and no response

Ear tubes for my hearing aids were available, so I did not have to buy new hearing aids.

Now I did get thru but now the parts are taking weeks to get delivered I am now 5-6 weeks without my hearing there must be a faster system

I can hear so good with my new hearing aids and hear nothing without them. But I worry about them tearing up. The ends that go in the ears are flemzy.

The hearing aids are not as good as they say they are. Hard to adjust the volume. You get a lot of feedback. But unfortunately this was all I could afford. Will later try another brand.

I just received my Nano First Ear Pro CIC hearing aids today, delayed in shipping by UPS, but I'm impressed with the look of the product, the purchase price, the accompanying literature, and the company's service (and offered support). I have yet to test the hearing aids, but I'm optimistic!

I was having trouble hearing at our weekly family and friends get togethers. Usually 20+ adults and kids. And, of course, everyone talking at the same time!! I couldn’t understand what was being said, especially when someone was talking to me. “Sorry, what did you say?”I felt embarrassed, and started making excuses not to attend. “I’m 77, my legs hurt, my stomach is upset, don’t like that food, have to take care of my pets, nobody cares what grandma has to say!!” My daughter finally asked what was going on, and I explained. She suggested I order Nano hearing aids. She said she knew someone who had and they were happy with them. So, I ordered on their payment plan with, Affirm. They got here before the delivery date, with
no problems. HAPPY??, WELL, GUESS WHAT!! ME TOO!! What a difference! I feel like I’m part of the family again!!

The Nano Audacity hearing aids are superior to my previous sets in sound quality. First set did not hold settings, but Nano replaced them quickly. Good service.

Just received my second pair of audacity hearing aids I am very pleased with my originals and got these for back in case I have a problem .They work better than any I have used .Would recommend them to anyone with moderate to severe hearing .My only complaint Is I can’t reach customer assistance by phone to get help . Hope they will call me 315/303/0221.

The hearing aids work very well and are easy to use!

For last few months my hearing was not working good . I call and also sent emails. On your suggestion I returned the hearing and couple of days I got another. I have not open the package. I requested in my last email , please let me know if hearing aid sent of better /improved quality. If it is of same quality then I will return the package back at your expanse. If you do not want unopened package I will discard it and look for hearing aid from some other source.
