I've bought many cars over the years from different dealers, but the service I received here at the Bridgend branch made me decide that when I do wish to trade in this one in, they'll be my first go-to. From the start of test driving 4 cars/ discussing suitable options within my budget, and trading in my current car, the whole team were kind, patient, and offered us tea & coffee every visit and a full talk-through of the car on collection day. Not pushy sales on the motability and very helpful on collection but there was a lack of comunication in the run up to collection that required me to call several times to try and confirm collection time and if the vehicle was ready

I was interested but not sure. The salesman helped me understand the difference between the vehicles, the costs and what was the best option for me. He even searched to find a car with some mileage rather than a new car to best fit what I was looking for. I found the experience good, helpful and avoided the need for lots of searching
