Was contacted by Haris from National Claims who was very dedicated to ensuring that I received support and even ensured he was available to call when it was a better time for me. He was personable and friendly, asking questions and clarifying details about my claim and helping me get in touch with one of their affiliated solicitors in Scotland. When I felt silly and that my actions were a bit of an exaggeration he empathised and stated whether I chose to go ahead with my claim, the incident itself deserved a response. Thank You! At the end he provided a company Whatsapp that allowed me to contact them with any follow up questions.

Very quick response to my initial query. Both gentleman i spoke to were kind and conpassio ate and very thorough in the information they required. I have enquired, been diverted to a solicitor and had my case accepted within a 4 hour time frame.
