I love the products and the ethos of this company. They are very transparent and you know exactly what each product contains. They are a British company making and selling cosmetics made in Britain and not just importing them from abroad and selling them from a British base. They are not the cheapest but their cosmetics are quality products. Items are despatched very quickly too.

Really good product and has cleared my eyelids up really well. I use it every morning and night . However packing needs looking at as this is my second bottle and when you get 3/4 down the pump no longer brings the cream up and you have to try and get it out by any means possible

I ordered some samples from this company, which seemed ok, so ordered full size, between me ordering and them arriving I was advised by GP, not to use as I suffer from pompholyx, I returned the products which are unopened, and then had a phone call from a Karen to say we don’t do refunds, but i will get John to ring you, that was around about 10th November, despite numerous emails I have heard absolutely nothing, so not only have they probably re-sold the products they still have £167 of my money, what an absolute disgrace, I feel I have been totally ripped off……. Seriously who doesn’t do refunds!!!! The products where not opened and not made specially for me…… buyers beware of this lot you have been warned

Ordering was simple and very helpful speaking to someone so knowledgeable and able to give advice. The serum has been the only thing to relieve my sore and itchy eye area, the relief was almost instant. I also bought the face wash and moisturiser both lovely. Only just ready to order again, as you use small amounts and the product size is generous.

Parcels always arrive very quickly and are always well packaged. The products are fantastic, last a long time and are reasonably priced. Queries answered promptly, they have a lot of knowlege about skin problems and how to improve them. I am so glad that I discovered their products, I only wish I had found them sooner.

I received an email from this company falsely claiming “plastic particles the size of LEGO bricks” were found in human brains, which is completely untrue. Research (University of New Mexico, Feb 2025) only found nanoscale microplastics. This fear-mongering tactic is unethical and spreads misinformation. Disappointing and untrustworthy marketing practices. Lacking integrity.

The products work and don't contain chemicals that are bad very impressed with the detox range the cell renewal and clarify wash and the shower gels and foot cream are amazing and work have thrown away all of my other products now !

This company consistently produces good product at a good price. I can't imagine switching my facial skincare to another brand! I use the facial oils and blending cream, as well as the body oils and impressed with the results. Have been using this company for many years now, and highly recommend.

I have been using Natural Elements skin care for several years now. I have dabbled with other skin care but I now always only use natural elements because it is natural and makes my skin feel soft. I always ensure that I have active rescue oil on hand at all times as it heals skin like nothing else!
