This is my last attempt to leave feedback - you never respond! I regularly order stock from my HQ to arrive at my business premises, which are open business hours and those hours are on my orders. BUT, EVRI consistently attempts delivers after normal working hours or at the weekend. I have to travel 22 miles to collect orders over the weekend to ensure the deliveries are inside (there is no safe place outside) Why can't you deliver during normal business hours?

You asked for honesty - so here goes. As a company, you have become well known (and rightly so) for providing great pieces for most body shapes, but particularly curvy shapes (which describes me) I'm a 12 - 14, and pretty much can always find something to suit me. However, many of your styles have become a little repetitive, which is fine because many people have come to know and trust your line and can rely upon finding pieces similar to those they have bought from you in the past. I really enjoyed my shopping trip this week, though because I found some different items and of course had to buy them! The items I bought included a fabulous denim jump suit, beautifully cut and designed, and a pair of culottes and matching top in a gorgeous and unusual print. These styles will not date, and I know will give me years of joy. The shop team were also really welcoming and helpful, too.

The person who dealt with my call was very clear, patient and helpful. All questions and concerns were covered off in a straightforwadr manner.
