I received the strap a few days ago and couldn't be more satisfied. The design pairs perfectly with the Apple Watch Ultra, and the materials feel premium and durable. It took me a little while to get used to the fit, as it's different from what I was wearing before, but it's become very comfortable in just a few days.

Customer service was also outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience.

Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Through no fault of Navabands my new watchband was lost in transit. I contacted Nava and received to my surprise an immediate response. I did finally receive the band about three days later and Nava had stayed with me through the whole process. Customer service like this is very rare. I’ve bought from these folks before, and I’m always impressed with the quality! I’m even more impressed with their customer service, in a day when customer service is on the decline! I correct last review….Shipping never arrived.… but problem solved by Nava Bands.

The problem was solved by investigating the state of goods. There was an error on the shipping address, even if the goods were correctly delivered. The delivery address has been updated and the problem is resolved.

I previously had a Nava band for my last Apple Watch and recently decided to order two more for my Ultra. I was unhappy with the colour of one of them and emailed their customer service team. They responded very quickly and sent me out another band in a different colour I requested. I asked them about sending back the one I no longer needed and they said I could keep it! I dealt with Kaye and Nicole, who were so helpful. Service like this gives me the confidence to buy from them again in future.

I ordered one of the magna loop bands just before Christmas. It came in a timely manner considering the weather conditions at the time. Shortly after we ordered my wife a band but we messed up on our end and ordered the wrong style. I emailed and spoke with Kaye and the team. They worked quickly to get us the right band at no charge, and was even gracious enough to let us keep the band that we ordered incorrectly at no charge as well, which I was able to give to a good friend of mine I work with. Not only are the bands a great product which I would recommend to anyone, their customer service team is kind, responsive and easy to work with. Great product and a great company.

Despite a problem with one of the 4 bracelets I bought, I am very satisfied. Nava bands provides the metal bracelets adjustment tool. And they sent me back a free bracelet to replace the one that had a problem (maybe it was me who had been not very careful when I adjusted it).

The band I purchased for my son’s new Apple Watch was also purchased for him by another family member so the exchange process was easy and timely. My son is very satisfied with the bands functionality and smart appearance.

I ordered a magnetic type watch band and the functionality is great as I have the use of only one arm.
Secondly I ordered the wrong size and naval bands were outstanding to deal with to organise a return and replacement I’d give more stars if I could

I purchased four high-quality bands. When Canada Post was on strike, I contacted customer support, and my order was stuck in transit. They sent me a replacement order and left the first one for me.

There are many options for Apple Watch bands but I liked one of Nava Brands bands so I ordered it online. Unfortunately when I received it the band was not as thick as I was expecting so I emailed customer service about a return. They asked if I wanted to exchange for a different thicker band instead so I looked and found another Nava band that I liked. The customer service rep shipped me the new band and said I could keep the old one as well.

Band is solid quality, I had a slight defect issue and contacted customer support. They immediately replaced the band free of charge. Very happy with their customer service. Would order again.

Great quality bands, shipping took a bit long (3 weeks) to Denmark and tracking number didn’t work. But support replied within 24 hours so all good. 5 stars when shipment is faster :)

Outstanding customer service

I have ordered from Nava bands several time and have always been pleased with the quality of the products. On my most recent order there was a small difference in the size of one product I ordered vs what I received. I reached out to the team who immediately corrected the problem with excellent customer service. Will continue to buy from NAVA bands!

Na compra que efetuei das proteções do ecrã do mesmo equipamento, tive um percalço pois a entrega veio incompleta. No entanto contactei a empresa e expus a situação e a mesma foi resolvida de imediato.
Conclusão: Material de alta qualidade e serviço de excelência.
