The bands are really high quality.
Due to some skin sensitivity I had to return them. They thoroughly followed me during the process and ultimately offered me additional bands when no return address was available for my country.
Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for the Nava Bands watch strap, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The strap itself feels cheaply made and lacks the durability you'd expect at this price point.
The clasp is another major issue—it doesn’t fasten properly. Additionally, the connection to the watch is extremely stiff, making installation and adjustment unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, the design looks sleek, but the poor build quality and functional flaws make it hard to recommend. A watch strap should enhance your experience, not hinder it.

I've got couple of Nava bands so far. In one of them the magnet got loose after few weeks of usage, but the customer support reacted very fast when I contacted them and I got a replacement in few days. Will definitely buy more of them because of the great look and feel.

Great bands for a reasonable price!

I own a bunch of Nava bands. Quality is great. On my last order, I received a band with a broken locking mechanism on 1 end. After short communication with customer support with some tips on how to possibly fix it, a replacement was send out free of charge when I was unable to fix it. Great service! Can recommend this company.

I have had quite a few Nava bands over the last year or so and always found the quality to be excellent. On a recent order, I had a problem with two of the 5 bands ordered. No problem, the Nava support team responded immediately and resolved my problem. I always judge a company about how that tackle an issue, (as it happens to all co's) and they couldn't have handled it better.

I really like the band, the materials are high quality. The support I received regarding Canada Post screwing up my delivery was very helpful. I recommend this company and their products.

I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra band, it took more time that I was expecting for it to arrive. When it arrived I realized that the metallic components were not to my liking and I didn’t like the leather color in person. I thought I ordered a wrong color. They offered me to return it but also I could get another one that I’ll like as I was unsatisfied with the original order. I got a replacement order and currently waiting for the band. Very satisfied with the level of commitment to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Great company, love their products but love the fact that they stand behind their products even more. Got a new strap in the mail, which was defective and they replaced it right away without any fuss. Way to stand behind your products Navabands, would highly recommend!
