Absolutely the most appalling service I have ever received. No order received, no replies to emails ( numerous) 24/7 answerphone on, i my money has be taken & no order delivered.

I had placed an order .. which was 'on its way.'
The event I had bought my item passed without me receiving my order . A few weeks later, I filled in a contact form on their website to cancel my order. A few days later I got an email to say my order was on its way and if I needed to cancel click a link which took me to the contact us page.
I have received the item and do not want it. I have to pay for returns . I have filled in several 'contact us' forms and now complained as well - no response at all.
Very poor service - although I appreciate now reading other reviews , that at least I received my original order.

Not a functioning company
As all the other reviews here say, this company is not functioning apart from taking your money.
No delivery, no updates, no contact despite multiple efforts.
I raised a dispute through my bank and was reimbursed within 12 hours.
I hope other potential customers are more diligent than me and Google the company before ordering.

Avoid this company!
Placed order 24 May, they took the cash immediately from my credit card, I completed online form to cancel order 30 May as items had not been dispatched, completed online form to chase refund 23 June. Without any correspondence, items were dispatched 25 June but what’s the point? I ordered what I needed from Amazon after cancelling the order in May so now have double. I can’t see the point of returning them as the chance of getting a refund seems unlikely. There is nil customer service and I should think that they have nothing in stock but are sourcing items as orders are placed. They’re conning people who are trying to support small businesses but there are reasons why Amazon is successful. A month between order and dispatch is unacceptable and not responding to contact equally so.

I ordered a couple of items on 19th May. By the 26th May I had not received them and decided to cancel via their online form. Still no response and they do not answer their phone and state on a recorded message that 'there is no one available to take your call'. I contacted the bank and it wasn't until they intervened that the items arrived within a couple of days. I am not sending them back as I believe that I will have to go through the whole episode again. Not sure what has happened to this company, they were okay, but I feel they now have financial problems!

Appalling customer service
Like others who have posted I also required a refund which was not forthcoming, after numerous attempts via email and telephone which goes unanswered I tracked down the telephone number for the business centre where needundies operates from, the receptionist took my details and said they would pass my message on. Low and behold a few days later my refund landed in my bank account after being overdue for 9 weeks. I therefore cannot recommend needundies due to the appalling customer service.
DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND
Despite Needundies oreceiving the returned goods over 30 working days ago, no refund is forthcoming. Telephone calls and emails are unanswered and the company’s claim that you can raise a complaint with the Retail Ombudsman is incorrect as they are not a member of the scheme. Due to a complete lack of after sales service, I have raised a dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back. If there is a chance that you might need to return items, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

I agree with all the comments about the total absence of customer communication from this company, both pre- and post sale. I'm sure they have been much better in the past....An additional frustration was that they sent me the wrong order and I had to pay to send it back. Maddening.
Incorrect Order and Unresponsive
Item delivered incorrect (176224) returned item by tracked delivery, no refund over a month later. No reply to emails, no phone calls answered, zero response, intend to take legal action. Contemptible customer service - would not recommend !

I have ordered from this company in the past and have been happy, however I placed an order in January 2024 and have yet to receive all the items ordered. Absolutely no reply to the numerous emails I have sent over the last two months. It appears I will not be receiving my fully paid order - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I made the order in good time for my holiday - even added a note asking for swift dispatch of the £100+ order. Arrived 2 weeks later than I needed.
I have now returned one of the items mid Jan still no refund. I have sent multiple ‘contact form’ emails sent Instagram messages and phoned always a recorded message no chance to left a message. I have proof or postage of the return .Getting very annoyed. Feel ripped off.
