Ordering was superb delivery & Tracking was awful!
Ordering was superb swift and efficient, however, once the order was placed things went wrong.
Emails were received with a link to track the deliver of our order but we are expected to download "The Shop App" onto my phone to track delivery the app is shocking and told me all orders were delivered which was not the case. You cannot see the tracking when you need too, so I had to ring Nelsons to find out what was going on. They stated they would call me back they never did, so 2 days later I phone them again FairPlay they apologised for not returning the call but order was placed 14th November 2025 and the delivery of my order arrived 25th November 2025.
The delivery aspects are shocking in this case and having to download an app to track delivery is seriously unacceptable when most delivery companies have tracking without the need to the shop app which is awful to use and I would highly recommend To Nelsons to remove it from their systems as it is terrible.

Engineer Call Out
Called at 11.15 this morning for an Engineer to attend our premises to repair the glasswasher. Spoke with an extremely helpful and lovely lady and she booked our call out. Engineer arrived and fixed the machine 2 hours later.
Would highly recommend Nelson as the company to use for purchase/repairs of Dish/Glass washing machines.
