I had to ring them for a payment as I never had a bill or any correspondence from them and they added £75 'compliance fee'.

There's no route to complain or appeal and I'd also question the person's tone when speaking to me. I was told things which were categorically untrue as if they were fact.

I’m writing on the behalf of my dear friend, ( female ) who. Has 4 kids, as she has a payment plan. In place, the woman (on the phone ) telling her. She doesn’t have a payment plan in place. But, I was at her place. Months, ago. When, a guy called her and put the payment plan in place for her. PS: I would defend any friend, who’s being bullied by ppl/ or a company. If they keep on, I will make the woman / and company be ashamed, by going to the newspaper. Pressuring my friend, ( female ) with 4 kids. For more money!

Terrible company. Not interested in finding a solution that works for both parties - money is their only interest and if you can't afford it? Well, that's your problem. First encountered these idiots about 3 years ago when I got my car on finance. I got a ticket - can't remember what for - and a Newlyn Bailiff turned up outside my flat and threatened to clamp my car unless I paid the fine plus the added fees. I told him I wasn't paying it and it wouldn't end well for him if he tried to clamp my car. I told him I wasn't going to stand there and let him clamp my motor (it was and still is on finance). After realising I was serious (I'm not a little bloke) he left. I told him I know he was just doing a job but to tell his office I wasn't paying anything. He went away. After weeks of messing about, I told Newlyn I would pay £50 a month (think the total overall fine was about £250) but then they decided to put their "fee" on top which bumped it up to over £500. I told them to shove it and they have been chasing me for the past 3 years. Loads of texts threatening to take my car and my stuff but no action as of yet and also loads of phone calls. I don't know what actual powers they have but I do know they are responsible for a young bloke killing himself. They were found to be not responsible but they clearly were. Do not give them a penny. They don't deserve it.

I rang this stupid company and it was my final payment of 220.00 I lost my job no income coming in and top of that universal credit has been suspended and I'm financially struggling to pay this bill and this stupid people cannot hold this until next month I told them that I lost my job but this prat that I spoke to did not listen one bit she said that speak to friends and family to help as friends will say came I lend you the money you pay those idiots off but I dont have anybody to help out these company needs to shut down permanently because it has not only affected me but other people as well a cross the country why can't these stupid companys understand people with financial difficulties and why did the stupid council gave those people jobs for when they don't understand anything at all.

Underhand tactics...just money making bullies..scum. I can sleep well knowing I'm a decent person who struggles financially..but at least I earn my money without misleading decent people!

I was visited by a man that was very rude used inappropriate language and had the audacity to make my neighbours feel like they have a problem with him. I wish this person would’ve been more respectful and conduct himself in a decent manner he upset my wife my children And family. I hope these people do not continue working for a company like this. It gives the company a bad reputation.

This company forge agent visits to put £235 additional charges on the bill. When questioned, coincidently, the agents body cam hadnt been connected, and they cannot provide conclusive evidence a visit took place. Furthermore, no letter or note left at the property, no evidence of an agent on cctv. Nasty company!

It is a SCAM. I checked on Google 01604633001, and immediately, they gave me the title of a Debt Scam using this phone number 01604633001. It is a company specialised in scamming very vulnerable people. Unfortunately exist such a company exists, so they must be reported.

Unfortunately, some people do not check the Newlyn Plc contact numbers on Google; also, they managed to open a company to scam people in any way possible, gathering information from Redbridge Council and other institutions and targeting vulnerable people who are living in rented accommodation, like me, threatening to take my belongings.
As I learned, inside the Redbridge Council are working some scammers as well, unfortunately, and I do not know why no one sues them and summons them to Court.

Ive had a debt with this company tbat I have been paying off however they have added over £2000 to the bill total a number of times when contacting them they fix the issue and say its a system fault blah blah blah but now for a 3rd time its happened again definitely feel like their trying to add funds to people's accounts very unprofessional and I wont be paying another penny until I have an explanation as to why this keeps happening make sure you keep an eye on your accounts! If I hadn't have caught it they would not have done anything ti change it or correct it!

There are traffic wardens in with curtain characters like nosy, racist, or a very bad neighbour fixing people even parking the car for few minutes outside their own home to go feed the Cat !, still being fined for illegal parking when their whole lives is illegal.
Did not pay the original ticket out of defiance, but they chased me for £450. and apparently they had send enough notifications "1", letter.

I'm disgusted to find a letter through my door saying I owed money no ref to was this was about or who I apparently owed the money too. I went out to my car and noticed it had been clamped without any notice or knock at the door. Also proof with ring doorbell. I rang helpline, what a joke not a helpline line but a rude, jumped up prick on the other end basically not there to help at all or offer any advise or reason why this was happening. All Tariq? Told me to do was ring the number on the letter. I did but again the prick on the other end refused to answer. I asked for the complains email only to find wait for it, they don't have one as such lol! Joke of a company! So finally Mr Redman answered invited i had to pay cash. Had no offical letter to show what cost was for. I also asked to see his badge, apparently they don't have them? But wouldn't release my car until I paid in cash in full. Plus how cqn I get a large amount of cash out from a cash machine? Dicks! I had no choice but to pay for a debt, which I have no idea what for so I could drive my car. I asked for a receipt and for the delightful Mr Redman to write paid in full. Which he refused. He told me he would write down the fixed amount on the letter he put through. Which was the amount I paid and the company told me I apparently owed over the phone, but not what it was for. I will continue to fight this and will not be bullied by these pricks on or off the phone.

Horrible company and the people who work for them. They're abusive, threatening thugs who just want money. Takes a really nasty individual who actually does this job. Pressured and lied to, to make me pay up immediately. Which puts me in a difficult financial situation. Guys name was Fenton. Horrible Horrible person.

This bunch of thiefs keeps taking money but the money isnt reducing told i owe £4000 which i tried to diapute but they didnt care! Okay made about 10 payment of 200 and yet my bill is now £4000+ make it make sense and the fact the system has nothing in place to help us fight this is absorbed

Tried to take £90 from my bank for no reason at all. Thankfully my bank declined it. As with all the other reviews they are scammers and fraudsters.

I don't have any debt. They hacked into my account and tried to steal £50, and two minutes later, another transaction of £100. My bank sent a notification asking if it was me. They immediately blocked the transaction.

Absolute sham off a company. Bullys. Don't answer the phone or reply so they can increase your debt. If your old or vulnerable god help you as they will take you for what they can.

Scamming company.Hike your bill up by £235 by sneaking a letter through your letter box without knocking on the door.Fortunatley i no someone who works at Leicester City Council that works quite high up thats looking into this for me.

Had a letter informing for me of a fine I’d received 4 years ago (driving in a bus lane somewhere 😢) which had gone to my old address. Threatening me with bailiffs.
Phoned for details, awful chap on the phone, would NOT let me speak, i just wanted clarification on a few things etc. started shouting at me and if I didn’t pay today “madam things will get a whole lot worse for you “. Unreal. I asked if we could just have a nice kind civil chat but he proceeded to put the phone down on me. Upsetting.
