Abusive use of reporting negative…
Abusive use of reporting negative feedback on eBay. Had my negative feedback removed by reporting me for returning something. This company is a joke, avoid them.
Sold me a faulty phone, claimed it was sent next day delivery and it wasn’t. Then had my feedback on eBay removed. Any company that reports feedback has something to hide. Avoid this company.
The reply below is probably 50% lie, for starters they state 90% of deliveries are next day yet two orders have both taken 2 days? Seen other reviews mention this also.
Secondly the phone was not faulty on the selfie camera it was the main camera something that testing would have shown so clearly they do not test their phones correctly
I fully expect the phone coming tomorrow will have some issues as they don’t test, fool me for ordering from them again

Sorry you feel this way. You were not reported for returning an item. We responded immediately to your return request by supplying a free tracked returns label. Once we received the phone back a full refund was issued immediately without issue. At this point you then purchased another phone from us.
The feedback was removed by eBay because it falsely claimed that we were mis-advertising our services, and not posting items on time. The tracking information for the order showed that the item was posted, and delivered, within the estimated delivery date using the delivery service you selected for the order. The estimated delivery date would have been provided when you purchased the item and communicated in our item description.
With regards to your comment "they state 90% of deliveries are next day yet two orders have both taken 2 days?".
The 90% statistic is provided by Royal Mail and is based on the performance of all items sent on this particular service (Tracked 24). Unfortunately there is also ongoing disruption across all courier/delivery services due to the pandemic and this has affected delivery times in some cases. As much as we would love for this not to be the case, this is something which is affecting all couriers and most services in the UK and is something we have no control over as a small company. We do also offer Special Delivery at below cost (£5.99) which is a guaranteed next day service with a near 100% success rate.

Superb company to do business with. I broke my phone and needed a replacement asap. I placed my order just before 3pm on Wednesday, my new phone arrived at 9.35am the next morning. Exceeded my expectations!
I bought iPhone 6s Plus through eBay which was not only as described but I think it was way above of what I expected. Phone was practically brand new still in original screen protector from Apple and 100% battery capacity. It even came with genuine box (not retail but still Apple box). This was a gift for my dad and he was very happy. I would definitely recommend this company!

Item was actually better then described in my opinion , it came very quick,three working days . Ordered it late Wednesday night and came Monday morning from UK to Republic of Ireland. In a padded envelope, in a small carbord box . Unlocked and well charged and ready for new owner , the battery is good and holds its charge . Definitely buy again . Also good communication from next day mobiles and good price for iPhone
