Love their work
Love their work. Have bought multiple keys from them and they all have work with just a little hiccup, I usually get an error-code but that is quickly solved with google.
Can highly recommend!

Fake
They state that the keys are unused, but windows reports otherwise and does not accept them.
Not as advertised and then they refuse to provide a refund.
PS The fake key is nextkeys fault, not kinguins.

we noticed that you ordered on a third-party website. From what we understood, your dissatisfaction was primarily due to Kinguin's strict policies when collecting proof of the issue. This saddens us, as we believe customers should always feel comfortable when cooperating for a fruitful outcome of a transaction, even above the procedures.
Because they manage communications with the customers, you didn't speak with a NextKeys representative as that report never got under our sight before it was too late. I can assure you that we would have acted differently if we have had the chance.
Nevertheless, if there has been any difficulty with benefiting from the bought product, please accept our apologies: despite solid efforts to guarantee the best supply constantly, a few orders might need a fix! Although, a brand new free replacement or a quick refund is what usually resolves these situations.
All considered, this review seems likely more appropriate to their service than our brand.
Sorry to see that you refused to share your contact too, it was a good chance to get clarification in a personal way.

Responsive support
Initially reveived a "key in already use" error, but nextkeys support responded quickly and straightened it out, providing telephone activation codes, without me having to contact microsoft myself.

It works! But with some caveats...
It's great that you can get keys this cheap, and that it actually works! But there is one issue, it seems like the keys only work on a fresh installation (or at least mine did). Even then, the support team is great! They responded quickly and was very helpful.

Being OEM product keys, they work best on clean installations as they cannot be used to upgrade, for instance, that's why we included that information on the product page.

Quick and Easy
A lot of websites make it difficult to order OEM keys. I placed the order, got the keys almost immediately, and they worked just fine. Will definitely order from here again.

not ideal
I bought a windows key which just didn't work and had been redeemed elsewhere. I was granted a refund for it though so you can probably count on customer service in case something happens.
edit: since editing my review I see they've responded to it with a tinge of passive aggressiveness. just because your community finds your service to be adequate does not mean that everyone will have the same experience. I realise I was also not asked for evidence otherwise I would have given it. I wasn't aware of how to reach customer service and they reached out to me to get things in order and I applaud them for that. However responding in such a fashion to a review of a customer's personal experience does not bode well especially after editing my review to better reflect the experience I had after customer support. I would like to caution you on how you draft your replies to reviews to make it sound less passive.

EDIT: For the records, the buyer has been reached out on the same day of the review, and his refund was processed within 1 hour without asking for additional evidence, to make him happy in the shortest time possible.
We wish to clarify that the CS is always at disposal and easy to reach throughout the day to help the buyers for both installation, activation, or inquiries related to the orders.
The fact that he states "probably count" saddens us, as the community too, finds our efforts to be excellent in providing the required assistance when needed. Obviously, it's hard for us to find out that a customer is struggling with his product if he voluntarily decides not to make contact and post a review instead, like happened here.
