I very rarely take surveys like this. However, I thought it important to recognize the truly exceptional experience I had today. Katie was very knowledgeable and professional yet also friendly and relatable. I did not expect such a pleasant and personable agent from an insurance company. She answered all of my questions and explained the process in a timely manner. She actually listened to what I was saying and didn't waste either of our time trying to add services it was clear I wasn't interested in. Truly the best customer service experience I've had in years!

My first time requesting funds
This was my first time requesting funds from my retirement. I was very nervous and scared I would make a costly mistake. My concerns were heard and I was walked through the process so easy I felt like a infant. She did a great job of communicating what was need to complete the forms and it was done quickly.
