When I called and they said that that I was eighth in line, I figured I was going to have to wait forever, but it wasn’t but just a couple of minutes and a recording come on and wanted me to leave my number and they would call me back when my time. Most of the time you do not get a call back, but with this company it wasn’t but a matter I’m in it and I got a return call. Very pleased.

Tiare is an absolute star. She was very pleasant to talk with me and she helped me immensely. She got me my information quickly and sent me a form that I was in need of to help a client change some information. This is what I receive from her everytime she answers my call.

Disastrous, total disorganization. I called PHL Rehabilitation phone to ask s simple question and they transferred me to Nassau which quickly transferred me back to PHL. No one had info about why a virtual meeting they posted for today, had been erased without any explanation. Frustrating and concerning
