We have dealt with Nick Humphreys, for six years, and have always found them to be very professional and helpful.
The staff, especially Leanne, have always managed our queries on our behalf, and there were many!
In this day and age, it's good to have people who you can rely on, and speak to.

I recently used Nicholas Humphreys to sell a property. David, and then Julie, were in charge of the sale. It was an investment property, and it took a long time to get it sold, as 'would be' buyers pulled out 3 times ..So their persistence and a lot of patience, was the order of the day! I recommend them for selling / and also buying (I've bought through them too).

Whenever a repair is needed the contractors who work with Nick Humphreys are of a high quality and charge a reasonable fee for the work that is needed. I know our property is in very good hands.

After several years with a frankly poor letting agent we have been delighted with the superior levels of service provided by Nicholas Humphreys. Put simply, they are efficient, quick and above all professional. We have been lucky enough to have been supported by Louise and Ben and their attention to our customer needs have been outstanding. Whether it has been to advise , negotiate or process applications - the response is instant and far beyond the norm for the sector. The team at NH deserve every accolade!

Efficient. Quick. Succinct. My transaction was elongated and a little complex. The NH team quaterbacked the whole process, reassured when necessary cajoled when appropriate and got it done. The rest of the industry should take lessons.

Communication was excellent, the staff didn’t give up when they couldn’t contact me by phone they kept trying by email as well. Leanne was very proactive.
I was kept me informed of all viewings and feedback from those viewings. She also negotiated with the outgoing tenant regarding a partial refund from the tenants deposit to cover cleaning and gardening costs.
New tenants were found very quickly. I felt very well looked after as a landlord.

It’s so simple to let a house using the team at Nick Humphreys. An easy process from start to finish and the biggest contribution I made was dropping the tenants keys into the office.

I'm pleased to highly recommend NH Loughborough for their excellent assistance to rent my very first house in UK. Special thanks to Louise for her efficient guidance to complete the renting process and perfect communication throughout the whole process.
As a newbie in the country, I knew nothing about renting a house and dealing with all the process. Louise and the NH Loughborough team made it so easy and hassle-free for me, they've been extremely helpful. They've been so understanding whilst I was trying to tackle with the matters without any previous records in UK.
As everything was completed and I went for collecting keys, a welcome box was presented which was so kind of them and a warm surprise for me. Everything about utilities and city council was handled by NH and the house was ready to live in from the very first day of move in. Whole process was handled smooth and in a professional manner.
Thank you very much to each member of NH Loughborough and I'm looking forward for continuity our relation for renewal.

We had dealt with NH before (for rentals), and this was the second time that we had sold a property through them.
We dealt with Dave for the valuation, and he was excellent - professional, helpful and very friendly.
Unfortunately, the market was very poor at the time (mid-2023) and there were various hold-ups (not their fault), which led to delays.
BUT Victoria and Dave worked hard to get it "across the line", last week.

We got into the property with no heating working, no gas or stove working , no hot water to shower, filthy sink with rusty pipes in the kitchen. It took them two weeks to fix it and got a gas leaked out because it wasn’t properly fixed, they refused to reference us after our contract is over for us to live the property and also bully us into making unnecessary payments before leaving the property, they were discriminating and being unfair. I would not recommend them to anyone. Worse experience ever.loughborough branch

Great support received from the team, especially David Foster, from the first house viewing until the process was finalised. They are a warm, friendly and helpful team, always willing to accommodate and assist. If I need an estate agent for my future moving, I would use this agency again.

Brilliant customer service from all staff members. Always felt welcome whenever calling the office and even going to collect the keys. Had a lovely box given to us at the same time which we was never expecting but little gestures go a long way.

Leanne Robinson was our main contact and was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. 100% recommend Nick Humphrey’s to anyone!!
