I ordered the Brett Michaels wig for a fancy dress event planned for later in the year. It was significantly more expensive than other fancy dress wigs of a similar style advertised on Amazon and sites of that nature but it appeared in the pictures to be of a higher quality than the other ‘Smiffy’s’ type wigs so I was happy to pay 3-4 times the price of those for the higher quality.

However…….

The advertised wig, when you read through the conditions cannot be returned once the package is opened.

I sent 3 emails to the seller requesting reassurance that the product would arrive as advertised as I was concerned that I couldn’t return it if I opened it (how can you discern the quality of a product which is much more expensive than others on the market without opening the bag?).

I received no replies to any of these emails!

As it transpires I’m happy with the product but the customer liaising from this company needs a good deal of work .

I’d recommend the wig (I’m using it for an Axl Rose costume) but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the supplier as simple reassurances to customers ought to, in my opinion, be a matter of routine customer care policy.

Only for the lack of communication. My order arrived in timely fashion and more or less as described in the photos.

Excellent QUALITY, gave us confidence in their protection for ears.

OVERCHARGED $93.00 for a watch i ordered. Written 6 emails with a screenshot attached of the correct price. NO RESPONSE. Called and left 3 phone messages, NOONE ANSWERS or RETURNS CALLS. This is a violation of businesses professions code, it is UNLAWFUL to charge a customer greater than advertised.
Earlier reviews did warn bad customer service. All bad reviews have the same common response from supplier. I should have taken note of earlier reviews.
Still waiting for my refund to be processed and a response for an order placed in Feb.
This organisation needs to be investigated.

My partner bought a pair of $200 supra shoes from ninefit for Christmas a present, shoes arrived 2 weeks after Christmas, shoes was 3 sizes smaller than ordered. Been trying to contact ninefit customer service for a week now with no reply to emails, when I ring I only get a stupid answering machine which I leave a msg. can anyone help me with how to contact this bad company please. I don't recommend ninefit to anyone

A good experience with Ninefit, but their courier service used, Evri formerly Hermes), is just plan awful providing a slow delivery service. Ninefit need to use a different courier as Enri spoil the whole experience.

I ordered Shimano bike parts - yes I received two chain ring's but one was the incorrect size.

Have been constantly emailing 1) where to send the incorrect part and 2) when the correct part will arrive. Never had any acknowledgement of emails and their telephone goes straight to answer phone. Never get a reply

Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and saved me a lot of money. Very pleased and no issues.

Very helpful on the chat initially when placing order and paying online. They got me a rare item for my Suzuki outboard engine and kept in touch notifying me of order progress. Delivery then arrived early. Cannot fault.

Through Ninefit I purchased a fitness product which was imported into the UK. The ordering process was incredibly smooth and thereafter I was automatically kept up to date with regular progress. The received lead time to actual delivery was much quicker and cleaner than expected.

Zero stars. I ordered a bulova watch and paid. 3 days later I get an email stating my order is in progress - slow but ok. 4 days later, today, I check my order, it states it is cancelled ( i did not cancel it!). The payment has been returned - ok. But no explanation, or even the courtesy to advise, why THEY cancelled my order. By the way, the same watch, bulova ref 96B257, is still for sale on their website, but is now almost €100 more than I paid!! Disgraceful - avoid.

Got the great footy boots I wanted. I would have reviewed higher but I'm not that into online shopping in general.
