Very happy with being able to get 2 products in individual orders that reduce acid in food and acidic drinks like tea and wine. They take quite a while to arrive from the date of order but as I always order when I have sufficient to tide me over, that is not an issue. I always make sure I am not going to be away in the near future as well

Thied party testing on their products gives me confidence, easy to order and a well tracked dependable delivery.

I ordered a single item from the Nine Life Ireland website on June 10th having had no indication whatsoever that it was being shipped here from the USA.

As of today, July 1st, I'm still waiting to receive it. The tracking indicates that it is somewhere on mainland Europe. Still showing an estimated delivery date of 29 June.

If this ever arrives, I assume I will be liable for VAT plus the new €3 per item charge.

Very unclear and ambiguous trading!

Update: The item arrived today, 3 July. No additional charges. No idea how or why not but I'll take it gratefully.

Under the instruction of my doctor, I have been taking Famotidine for years. It successfully eliminates my symptoms of GERD, the price is usually reasonable and it is generally available without prescription. NineLife Ireland is an excellent source of this medication. Ordering was simple and the wait time for delivery was moderate. I will definitely reorder from NineLife when my current stock runs low.

Nine life have a great selection of products. I had a problem with delivery, they were very helpful and resent my order. Communication and service is excellent. I would highly recommend Nine Life.

The post man chosen didn’t try to deliver the product and instead returned it to NineLife for some unknown reason. But NineLife was very good at dealing with the issue and resent it back to me. The new postal arrangement worked perfectly. It was simply put in my letterbox. I have no idea why the first postal service didn’t just do the same. I believe the first postal service did not try at all. All ended well though. And NineLife were very good to deal with. I placed my order on March 7th. I received it on May 5th. It took two months to deliver. Not great.

This product came highly recommended. I’ve just been using it for a couple of days but I have very high hopes for it. And it smells great! Very comforting.

Arrived quickly

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a success.
I ordered a product, and two weeks later, after emailing them, I discovered it was out of stock. They offered me a similar product and 20% extra money. I declined, and they promised a refund within 3-5 business days. After waiting 10 days, I emailed again. I received my refund within two days.
It took a month from ordering to receiving my refund. On the positive side, I'd like to point out the almost instantaneous responses to my emails.
