The whole experience was fantastic. Olivia and Leo were fantastic making sure everyone was happy. They were very personal, took the time to learn all the children's names. They accompanied the children on the park and kept everyone safe. Nothing was too much trouble. You were both excellent! Probably hands down the best party we have had.

Took my family to the Chatham Branch today which has recently opened. It was brilliant and would totally recommend. We are already looking at returning. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Loads to do and great challenges for the older children. Suitable for all ages.

Poor customer service. Tried to book my sons birthday party but telephones not operational and emails were not being responded. Multiple emails sent.....Decided not to proceed with party at Ninja warriors and decided to book gokarting.

Fantastic place and lovely day at the Watford branch. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly… James was brilliant with my daughter, he really made her day with his energy and humour… he is a real asset to the place.
A real 5-star experience!

Have visited on a few occasions the new Leeds base, but after taking the children this week I doubt I will return. The staff were abrupt on reception on our arrival - no one told me I could not use cash during my visit so I was forced to use my daughters card as I had only brought cash with me . The cafe staff looked miserable and showed now courtesy towards the customers . The kids could not get on the equipment due to the number of adults in the que and the time they had was used up waiting patiently to get their turn - before we knew it we were asked to come off as our hour was up and the children had not had the experience we paid for. The food took over 30 minutes to be delivered to our table and whilst I didn’t complain others were complaining and were spoken to rudely. I appreciate it is the holidays and busy but the staff looked so miserable and stressed

Kids loved it but was to over crowded.

So hour season is really only half hour.

We booked for my sons birthday and were due to attend in March but couldn’t go because of Covid..... asked multiple times for a refund but they have said no 😞 left with vouchers for £84..... I wouldn’t feel safe taking my children someone like that now?! So vouchers are useless.....

Took my 3 kids there. £45 for two hours, this didnt include air park which was more. Not many things for the kids to do there to warrant £45. Not many staff there.

Wouldn’t return to expensive for very few activities.

This is well worth the money. It's well organised and clean. We'll be coming back my boys aged 11 loved it.
