Mixed Results & Slow Service

I started a new Instagram account which does cover a fairly niche category so growth was always going to be difficult without a service like this.

I initially tested their standard plan and had quite a few issues at the start where nothing was happening for several days. It took a couple of tries to get someone from customer service to help out and eventually got going.

You can see it working on your account as new followers are added in batches and this seems to happen every 3-4 days. I am assuming as to not cause issues with Instagram policies.

It does work in terms of gaining new followers and they are relevant and stick around. However, it's very slow. I was averaging 8 a day despite my engagement rate being very high.

I then upgraded to the speed service and average around 12 a day.

However, it's impossible to optimise as the dashboard never updates. None of the targets I have set have any data attributed to them, so impossible to determine what's working and what isn't.

I've reached out to support but they are so slow to respond and you just get a generic message saying they're busy. This is all despite the speed service supposedly having superior support.

I don't think there's any difference so far between those two services at all.

As we mention to all customers of ours, the growth of an Instagram account is very contingent on the niche they're working in and the quality of content controlled by the end user such as yourself.

We're very sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your dashboard. There was a bug our developers have been working on and have since fixed in the past few days which should improve your overall stats reporting and dashboard experience.

Response times is something we strive for and pride ourselves in, so we really understand that a slow response time is not something you expect from us. Tried to sign up multiple times

Tried to sign up multiple times, contacted their customer service, took screenshots of errors, haven't been contacted again in 3 days. Completely unprofessional first experience.

It works wonders!

Finally an Instagram growth service that actually works! I've tried many companies before and none of them worked. Specially since the new algorithm change. I definitely recommend Nitreo! 10/10 and great customer service. Worth the price.

Essential plan user

In short Nitreo works pretty well for me, but I had some issues with setting up my account. Specifically I got one login request from a strange location, but I got in touch with their support and they reassured me that it was correct.

I pressed "This wasn't me" first - communication can be better there for sure so other customers don't make that mistake.

After solving my connection issue everything worked great. It took a few days, if not up to a week, for me to see results.

Not a magic wand, but it works great.

I am a social media consultant and I use a lot of automation tools to make my job easier. Nitreo is doing a great job for me. Don't expect magic, you won't get 100k followers over night, but for me, it's an essential part of my marketing mix.

Great results so far.

I've been using Nitreo to boost 3 of my Instagram business accounts. I am getting 20+ new followers per day (on each account), real people who actually respond to my posts and I actually see some e-commerce conversions from new followers.

Not the cheapest, but so far, my ROI is extremely good.
